Dismantling of Plain cement concrete by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separatelyas directed by the Engineer in charge and as per clause 202 of MoRTH

Plain cement concrete M 15 Grade (Ratio 1:2:4) using HBG crushed stone jelly of size 20mm gauge including cost of soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification of clause 1700 of MoRTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for levelling course below kerb

Plain cement concrete M 20 Grade ratio 1:1.5:3 using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly including cost of form work, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, proper vibrating, laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification of clause 1500 & 1700 of MoRTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for kerb.

Formation of sub grade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by power roller to achieve 100% compaction to meet the requirement of Table 300-2 of MORT &H specification

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material as per Grading-3 (Table 400-1), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam as per design mix using VG30 bitumen for premixing including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH

Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40 mm thick as per design mix using VG30 bitumen for premixing including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc. including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH

Providing and laying of Hot Applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecting glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, with all lifts and leads etc complete as per MoRT &H Technical specification clause No.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of 'Category A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ methyl methercrylate/ ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MoRTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/97- DO.III dt 11.06.97 . The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less then values specified in table 2 of said MoRT&H circular. The strength of detachment of integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500kg f. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommendation and complete as directed by the Engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35-2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc., complete

Paving the floor tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 as base mortar on the existing floor including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg / sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Engineer before use on work)

Painting CC surface with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including through scraping, clean removal of dirt etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the engineers incharge for kerb
