Demolition of brickwork/stone boulders, masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches,pillars,etc. but excl ashlar facings, dressed stone works & precast concrete surfaces.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size best quality bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains etc complete.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching including necessary form work all as directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded & solidely hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) using locally available best stone complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per above item but except stone (stone shall be obtained from demolition all as directed by EIC

Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham- fers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match

M&L flush pointing to RR stone masonary un coursed in cm (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone masonary for hammer dressing to face stone & face beds, joint with maxi depression on face from straight, edge held against the dressed surface nexc. 40mm thick for granite or trap basalt stone complete all as specified and directed

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones obtained from stone masonary of any description (except ashlar facings and dressed stone work stacking for measurement including all extra handling complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm to cover weep holes complete all specified & as directed.

M&L for low density polythylene pipes (LDPE) 50mm bore of pressure rating 6Kg/cm square laid in retaining wall.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors/paving finish even and smooth without using extra cement . complete all as specified.

Forming contraction (dummy ) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filling with sealing compound grade 'A' complete.

Spike rolling to surface of making impressions of expended metal, whilst the concrete is green

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast interlocking paver block of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-40 GRADE with grey cement and pigment set over sand cushioning as required as directed and specified by Engineer in charge

M&L 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Core Endura tiles (Super grip series) coloured(Ivory, Terrakota, Grey etc) of size (300x300mm or 400x400m) 15mm thick in floors/riser/step etc set and jointed with necessary adhessive & pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequred cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises.

Removing demolished/excavated material /soil .n exc 50m depositing were directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
