Providing and laying water proofing treatment over roofs as per the following specifications: i) 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graged stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) ii) First coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm iii) 2nd course bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 iv) 3rd layer roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film v) 4th couse bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 vi) Top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat.
Making plinth protection in all places as per drawing, using 100 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 230 mm thick stone soling / brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling, dressing & finishing the top with neat cement punning, with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Providing and laying indian patent stone (IPS) flooring 25 mm thick with M-15 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graged stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over the floor in proper grade and slope, including compaction, grooving of approved size, to give appearance of tilies as per the approved pattern, finishing smooth with cement slurry and curing, with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Providing and laying 12 mm thick floor hardener topping course with ironite / ferrosite @ 2.2 kg/m2 or approved equivalent including the beeding layer of M-20 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graged stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over the floor in proper slope, including compaction, finishing smooth with cement slurry and curing, with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 of size and colour as approved by Er. Incharge or as per manufacturer's specification, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc., with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
Providing and laying precast terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12 mm on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid in floors, landings and dedo, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with light shade pigment using white cement to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing etc., with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring / slab in required size, design and patterns as approved by Er. Incharge, in all places as per drawing with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc., with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
Providing, fitting and fixing 1 mm thick MS sheet flushed door shutter (single or double leaf) with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm MS gusset plates at the junctions and corners, using flats 30 x 6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats painting etc., as per drawing with all necessary fittings, materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
Providing, fitting and fixing glazed aluminium flush doors shutter (single or double leaf) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including providing, fixing hinges/pivots, making provision for fixing of fittings, necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket, float glass panels 4 mm thick, etc. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15). Incharge and / or as per manufacturer's specificationincluding piping arrangement in all places as per drawing with all materials, fittings, fixtures, labour, tool and tackles etc., complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of the Engineer.
i) Providing and construction of septic tank in brick masonry with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 and base and top slab in RCC M25 complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications including cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade cement including CI vent, CI manhole cover, SW fittings, PVC coated rungs, brick, inserts, bolts covers, aggregates / sand fill conduits finishes in excavation and backfilling using strutting, bailing and pumping out water, masonry work, plastering etc. with all bye works and sundry works etc., complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. ii) Providing and construction of soak pit with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications including cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as manhole cover, SW fittings, brick, aggregates / sand fill conduits finishes in excavation and backfilling using strutting, bailing and pumping out water, masonry work, plastering etc. with all bye works and sundry works etc., complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing 100 mm thick Water Bound Macadam using 90 mm to 45 mm size hard granite metal/Crushed Stone and approved quality binding material (Plasticity index shall be between 4 to 6), laid to proper camber and gradient with templates to correct profile, including filling undulations/poholes in the scarified existing road surface, dry and wet rolling by 8 to 10 T power roller with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer.
Providing 75 mm thick Water Bound Macadam 2 layers (after rolling the subgrade soling with 8 to 10 T roller to required camber) using 63 mm to 45 mm quality metal, laid to proper camber and gradient with templates, filling voids with approved quality moorum (Plasticity index shall be between 4 to 9), dry and wet rolling by 8 to 10 T roller, including surface preperation etc. for new roads and pavement with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer.
Providing and laying 50 mm thick premix carpet surfacing with 2.4 cum of stone chippings 11.2 mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (medium setting min. 65% bitumen content) complying with IS : 8887, using 96 kg per cum of chippings, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc., with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer.
Providing and laying 12 mm seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer.
Shrub & Hedge Plantation- Digging of beds of required size and 60 cm depth in any type of soil. Refilling the pits after deweeding, with a mixture of good earth and cow dung organic manure in the ratio of 3:1 (Three part of good earth and one part of organic manure). Flooding the bed with water so that the earth and manure mixture settles down in pits. Supply and plantation of approved shrub species sapling of good quality, disease free, healthy, fully estabilished 1-2 year oil with well developed root system in the centre of pit, with a clear minimum height of 1 feet after plantation and spacing 1.5 feet with maintaining & watering, all complete including supplying & mixing of good earth & manure etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge. Healthy properly grown shrubs & hedge should be provided during handover on completion of the project.
Dismantaling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, channels, including gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding, etc. including dismembering and stacking the materials within 50 m lead, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling roofing & side caldding including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, Fabrication and painting of heavy/Medium Strl. Steel works such as columns, girders, portals, roof trusses, bracings, purlins, liner, hopper, rail, runners, cladding buffer stops etc. where the weight of each individual completed item/assembly is 1 to 4 MT or above. The work includes labelling (printing address on the item), painting steel work with enamel paint to give an even shade (Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 L/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80L/10sqm of approved brand or manufacture), erection marks, stacking after fabrication, electrical charges, use, depreciation and hire charges of all types of machines, plants and equipments, supply of approved quality and size of electrodes, consumables, gas etc., bolting and tying of loose materials with supply of bolts, wire etc., cutting, chamfering, filling, providing a primer coat of red lead, use and depriciation of templates and other temporary work etc all complete with labours, materials, tools and tackles etc. The work shall be carried out as per drgs. and specification and/or as directed by Er. Incharge.
Erection of steel columns including cleats & brackets, girders, portals, roof trusses, bracing, purlins, liner, hopper, rail, runners, claddings, buffer stops etc. with all necessary fastenings. The item includes transportation of fabricated materials within a lead of 1 km, stacking, touching primer coat of paint, cleaning & checking of foundation & anchor bolts, alignment, all lead and lift, assembly to proper profile & chamber, site welding, bolting, riveting, drilling holes, gas cutting etc. including supply of all materials, machines & cranes, bolts, rivets, nuts, washers, welding rods, other fastenings, packing plates, labour etc. & also including rectification of defects due to transportation but excluded the cost of fabricated steel. The work shall be carried out as per drgs & specifications, and/ or as directed by Er. Incharge.
Supplying and fixing of 0.5 mm CGI profile sheet (conforming to IS 277-2007) covering roof and side cladding including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets, including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing of translucent sheet of approved colour on roof and side cladding matching with CGI sheets, fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing 0.5 mm ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers with all material, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
Supplying and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain 0.8 mm G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes, all tools, tackles, accessories etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
Supply and fixing 150 mm G.I. rain water pipes with MS fast clamps fixed and jointed complete, including all bends, shoes, grating cover, fittings with all materials, labour, tool and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
Supplying and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, fabrication and fixing at all levels and positions steel Y angle embedments/inserts in boundary wall column with CC blocks including two coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat on the exposed surfaces wherever necessary, complete as per drawing, specifications and direction of of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, fabrication and fixing of steel gate along boundary wall or fancing or similar other places with outer frame of M.S. angles 60mm x 60mm x 6mm, M.S. flat 40mm x 6mm at the middle (horizontal or diagonal) and 16 mm rods at 10 cm centre to centre vertically. The rods shall project beyond the frame, pointed or rounded and brought back or forged like a spear. The work includes holdfasts with concrete work, locking arrangement, pulleys, guide rail, priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats painting etc., as per drawing with all necessary fittings, materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
