Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material upto any lead as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material upto any lead and as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils and as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (One Cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete and as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications, as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete as required.including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm (Sixty millimetres) thick cement concrete paver block of M-40 (M-Forty) grade with approved color design and pattern factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 15mm (Fifteen millmetres) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (One cement : Four fine sand) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S sheet shutter with frame and diagonal braces or 40 mmx40mmx6mm (Forty into forty into six millimetre) angle iron 3.15 mm (Three point fifteen millimetree) M.S gusset plates at junctions and corners 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) dia pulley, 40mm X40 mm X6mm (Forty into forty into six millimetre) angle and T.iron guide at the top and bottom respectively,including applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
