Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work including cost of all dewatering pipe etc. used for proper drainage of dewatering water.

Surface Preparation with ‘Steripure 100’ to remove Algae Fungi and hydro jetting as per standard Operating Procedure provided by the manufecturer (as per technical Specification) including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Epoxy mortar treatment over eroded concrete surface or in jointing of stone etc. of piers of Head regulator gates in a ratio of 1Kg resin(Araldite Gy257) : 0.5Kg Hardner (Aradur 840)2958): 6Kg Quartze sand with prime and seal coat.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). (DSR Item No 13.1.1 )

Supply Beldar for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer In Charge for proper completion of the work in emergency with T&P as required.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Injecting solvent free, two part polyurethane resin for sealing cracks such as tampur 125 or equivalent including all cost of material,labour and T&P required for proper completion of work and as per direction of E/I

Making Hole in Draft tube at appropriate location as directed by Engineer -in-Charge and welding nipples of dia.15mm of suitable length to facilitate injection of epoxy mix and plugging the hole after grouting by welding including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work .
