Comprehensive maintenance of air condition window type 1.5 tonne capacity of any make including performing following tasks at different locations at 1 AFSB Stn :- (a) Inspection, taking down & removing grills and outer housing. (b) Descaling, brushing and cleaning thoroughly and replacing filter pad of AC. (c ) Servicing the cooling fan by greasing/oiling the bearing, bushes after opening the motor, cleaning the armature, checking and tightening all nuts and bolts etc. (d) Checking, rectifying the connection, working of thermostat assembly, relay, condenser, heater assembly, compressor and earth connection etc including replacing defective wire and sleves etc. (e) Re-fixing AC and outer unit of in position, after assembling including packing as required at site and testing complete to make it functional. Note :- Supplying and replacement of parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Gas charging of window type AC with gas R-22 after cleaning including making necessary connection, vacumising, brazing, soldering, welding the copper tube and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Gas charging of spilit type AC with gas R-22/F-32 after cleaning including making necessary connection, vacumising, brazing, soldering, welding the copper tube and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

S & F of running capacitor 36/45/50 MFD including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of starting capacitor 100/120 MFD including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of starting relay for AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement compressor assembly (sealed unit) for air conditioner window type 1.5 tonne capacity including filling/charging of gas complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing in replacement compressor assembly (sealed unit) for air conditioner spilit type 1.5 tonne capacity including filling/charging of gas complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing in replacement compressor assembly (sealed unit) for air conditioner spilit type 2 tonne capacity including filling/charging of gas complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and replacement of capillary tube complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of all coils of blower motor of AC 1.5 tonne/2 ton split AC with super enamel copper winding wire of proper gauge, weight etc (having same No’s of turn) winding, using insulating material varnishing, heating, re-assembling the motor after making it functional and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of blower motor of AC window type 1.5 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair wiring kit for AC 1.5/2 ton cap of any make complete all as directed.

S&F in repair thermostate switch for AC 1.5/2 ton cap all as directed.

S&F in repair toggle switch for AC 1.5/2 ton cap all as directed.

S&F in repair sensor remote switch for AC 1.5/2 ton cap all as directed.

Taking out the old/unserviceable heating element from the machine and S&F reversable unit (Hot and Cold) complete all as directed.

Taking out the old/unserviceable heating element from the machine and S&F new heating element for window type AC of Cap 2.5 KW complete all as directed.

Ceiling fan /Exhaust fan/Cabin fan :- Comprehensive maintenance of ceiling fan 1200 mm/1400 mm sweep, any type, make fixed at different locations including taking down, cleaning all dirt, dust etc, opening the fan motor cleaning the winding armature, oiling and greasing the bearing replacement the warn out, unserviceable screws assembly, re-fixing and testing to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 21 here-in-before but exhaust fan upto 450 mm size.

S&F of down rod made out of MS conduit pipe, medium grade, 20 mm bore, 45CM long, duly painted with nut, bolt, split pin on one side and fan having ‘U’ clamp complete with nut bolt washers, split pin and rubber reel on other side complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying only of condenser 2.5 MFD AC 230 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 24 here-in-above but 4 MFD.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of all coils of ceiling fan motor, 230 volt of 1200 mm with super enamel copper winding wire of proper gauge, weight etc (having same nos of turns), winding using insulating materials varnishing, heating, baking, re-assembling the fan after making it functional and testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Weight of copper winding wire shall be same as existing ).

Supplying and fixing in replacement of all coils of ceiling fan motor, 230 volt 1400 mm sweep, with super enamel copper winding wire of proper gauge, weight etc (having same nos of turns), winding using insulating materials varnishing, heating, baking, re-assembling the fan after making it functional and testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Weight of copper winding wire shall be same as existing ).

Rpairing Wall mounting fan 400 mm sweep with pull ON-OFF cord, 3 speed option with swing oscillation control wide 90 deg sweep angle with wall mounting bracked complete all as specified and directed.

Water heater (Geysers) :- Inspection and maintenance of water heater (Geysers) of capacity, 25 ltrs to 50 litres including performing the following task at different locations at AF Stn Sarsawa. (a) Removing the heather plate assembly and decaling the heating element/pipe either by use of acid or equa cleaner to make it functional complete. (b) Checking and setting of thermostat between 70 to 80 degree Celsius. (c) Check working of NRV stop cock, pressure release valve and servicing carefully to make it functional. (d) Repairing of earthing connection, power switch, socket connection replacement of indicator lamp to make it functional. (e) Examine water leakage and rectifying as required and replacement of rubber washer gasket etc to make it functional. (f) Inspect over flow vent pipe, safety valve and remove blockage if required to make it functional.

Supply only of heating element of rating 2 KW for geyser 25 to 50 litres capacity, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of heating element of rating 1.5 KW for geyser 25 to 50 litres capacity, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Water cooler :- Comprehensive maintenance of water cooler various capacity including performing following tasks at different locations at AF Stn Dehradun :- (a) Inspection, dismantling front and rear shutters disconnecting electric and water connection. (b) Cleaning thoroughly the body of water cooler including cleaning of cold water tank with bleaching powder solution. (c) Servicing of cooling fan by greasing to bearing, oiling to bushes after opening the motor. (d) Checking/rectifying the connection and working of thermostat relays, condenser, evaporator, capacities, switches, electrical connection, float valve, compressor earth connection including replacement of defective wire sleeves etc. (e) Replacement of PVC drain pipe from water cooler tray to neared drain. (f) Reconnecting power and water lines and testing to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid for separately)

Gas charging the water cooler with gas F-22 capacity 40/80/60/150 litres capacity including making necessary connection, testing etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of starting relay for water cooler any cap to make functional complete.

Supply only of starting capacitor 60/80 MFD for water cooler complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement compressor assembly (sealed unit) of water cooler40 ltr capacity including filling/charging of gas complte all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATOR/Deep Freezer Comprehensive maintenance of refrigerator/Deep Freezer of any capacity make etc by performing the following tasks :- (a) Cleaning the refrigerator from inside with bleaching powder solution including cleaning the attached trays. (b) Cleaning the complete body thoroughly checking relay and rectifying the functioning of relays, compressor, thermostat electrical connection and condenser pipe including, checking and tighten of all bolt and clamp. Note : Supplying and replacement of parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Voltage Stabilizer Dismantling the voltage stabilizer 230/250 Volts 0.5 KVA and replace the unserviceable parts and reassembling the same after necessary repair & testing & commissioning the repaired stab in presence of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified & directed. (Note : Cost of UNSV parts will be included in the quoted rates)
