Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m in depth but not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying factory made unreinforced Precasted cable cover LV type 1 Size 250x150x40mm size including replacing old one complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15 Cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Taking out the UG XLPE insulated armoured / un armoured PVC sheathed laid in trenches / passing through GI tubing / on pole / on wall of any size and any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying,jointing & testing in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volt grade laid in trenches,ducts,drawn through pipes across the road/path/along poles/floors/equipment etc of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core.

M & L for changing the locks and refixing the doors of LT panels by welding and painting the outer surface of panel complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting from circuit/bus bar LT and taking out cables for extension of loop/passing through pipe reconnection with circuit and tightening of connections complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable changeover 4 pole 630 Amps front handle operated along with SS enclosure including minor additional/alternation as required at site for fixing and connecting up of changeover all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 36 KA Thermal magnetic and Microprocessor release with thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 36 KA Thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix thimble aluminium eye type suitable for cable up to 25 sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make.Note: Items rates deemed to include for (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked, and brought at site in sealed container only. (b) Collection of samples before and after topping up/changing including testing for dielectric strength.

Disconnecting the transformer any type situated at various locations 11/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding. Dismantling the transformer and accessories, draining out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, ovening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for following capacities of transformer :-

350-800 KVA Notes (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and re-installation is deemed to include in quoted rates.

M&L for taking out of burnt HT coil winding and replacement of the same with new copper wire coil of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materials like impregnated paper or super enamelled of transformers of capacity 250/500 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge

M&L for taking out of burnt LT coil winding and replacement of the same with copper strips of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materials of transformers of capacity 250/500 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge

Disconnecting the transformer any type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA transformer and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages, proper functioning and connecting the HT/ LT system all as specified and directedNote :- Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately

Supply only in repair of LT bushings with brass studs.

Supply only in repair of top cover gasket set.

Supply only in repair of radiator flanged gasket 6 mm thick.

Supply only in repair of oil level indicator gasket set.

Supply only in repair of HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009.00 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, I watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 61716.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
