Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new /old work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint / wood primer (on wood surface) / zinc based primer (on metal surface) of approved brand and manufacture Note:-Paint will be applied on steel and wood work, Rates includes scaffolding, oil based putty on wood work, removing of paint that is soft, blistered, loose or flanking & cleaning old surface, preparing the surface to receive paint including filling cracks and creaves with Putty or other approved filler materials. The surface area of MS members (roof truss, purlin, girders etc) and door / window frame will be measured and paid. However measurements of fully treated doors and windows will be taken as per relevant IS code. Complete all as directed by EIC (1) Synthitic enamel Paint of approved brand confirming to IS 2932 (2) Zinc based yellow Primer on MS and oil base primer on wood work (3) Putty suitable to Mild steel members of approved brand (4) Putty on wood work - oil base putty

Dismantling existing FRP sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters, removing of all type of screw etc; and stacking the materials within 500 mtrs lead at specified location.

Providing and fxing precoated galvalume roofing sheets of minimum 550 MPa yield profle sheets in existing curved profile / shape (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm. The sheets shall be coated with AZ 150 class (Aluminum zinc coating of 150 grams per sq. meter.) with coated alloy of 55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon and of approved color with top surface coated with 20-25 microns of coating (including 5 micron epoxy primer) and bottom service coat with 10-15 microns. Sheet material & painting shall confirm to ASTM standards ASTM A 792 & ASTM A 755. Sheet should have protective guard flm of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during profile bending / transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fxed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (The shape of corrugated Pre coated roofing sheet should be curved using profile bending machine in factory and to match with existing curve shape MS structure. Contractor to visit the site to understand the work. The rate includes profile bending, transportation, lifting of sheet to any lead and lift using safe practice up to shed, fixing etc complete)
