Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each.

Taking down wooden shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 sqm each and removing to store.

S&F Factory made double riveted WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door frames/chowkat of size 65x125 mm of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood/powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threated star heads SS screw having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strenght of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge)proof, water/moisture proo, minimum compressive strenght of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and serestance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 30 mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid flush SKELTON door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistur proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately)

S&F 30mm thick molded WPC wire mesh factory made 1005 decorative type, moulded, panel door shutter prepare to receive Mesh, gauze etc (single or two panel Including wire mesh(confirming as per IS: 4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, termite proof, fire retardent and having screw holding capasity.

S & F Butt hinges, 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, ISI marked complete all as specified.

S & F 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified.

S & F 150mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified.
