15mm cement plaster in singale coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Prooviding wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearestory windows and other framed and fixed in postion. 1st. Class hard wood/sal wood.

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and immeging in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40mm thick Ist. Class Deodar Wood.

Providing and fixing wire guage shuter using galvanised m.S> wire guage of I.S. guage designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm for door windows and clearstory windows with necessary screws 30 mm thick second class deodar wood

Providing & fixing aluminium sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete (i) 300mm x 16mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type ) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade & colour.(a)200 x 10mm

P/F precaoted galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50mm total coated thickness with zinc coating 120gm per sqm as per IS:277,in 240mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12m or as desired by Engineer-In-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5X55mm)with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and i/c cutting to size and shape wherever required

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Appling priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint.

Painting two coat new steel and steel and other matel based surfaces ater and including prepairing the surface by throroughly cleaning oil grease including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter send prepared knotting Ready mixed pain brusing red oxide chorme.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter. Enamal other than white.
