M&L for calibration and testing of combined inverse time over current and instantaneous relay, checking and cleaning / decarburizing its moving and fixed contacts and ensure physical healthiness with visual check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault, adjusting tripping time, flag setting, ratio setting, instantaneous time setting etc as per installed capacity of transformer to be saved on maximum, short circuit current in accordance with percentage impedance of transformer with artificial current injection on primary side with current injection machine of HT Switchgear, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Note :- (i) Spares / meters shall be measured and paid separately. The job of calibration & setting shall be done in presence of MES rep / concern JE. Contactor shall provide the necessary test report of calibration done to department before claiming the payment. (ii) Contractor shall provide all testing equipment, T&P and injection kit for testing and creating the artificial fault for testing the proper functionality of relays and instruments on designed settings & unit rate quoted against this item shall be considered to include all these aspects. (iii) Necessary test report of calibration shall be submitted by the contractor to Engr-in-Charge before claiming any payment against this item.

M&L for overhauling / repair of 11KV vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) comprising of repairs, complete overhauling / servicing, cleaning of all parts, adjusting contacts, checking epoxy body, drive insulator, spring charge mechanism, locking arrangements tripping coil circuits (closed / open) etc, checking all mechanical operations supporting insulators bush trolley auxiliary contact. make female contact and check all wiring, carrying out preventive maintenance alongwith testing of breakers by current injection test and refixing the same after repair / overhauling complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The servicing includes for busbar duct chamber, cable alleys and connecting accessories (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of VCB panels with approved colour including lettering details all as per existing etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning. (iii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, busbar spout, busbar spout connections, circuit spout, circuit spout connections, buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly, barriers, solenoid spares, dependent, spring mechanism / motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares requiring replacement. (iv) The servicing shall be carried out by auhtorised service engineer of OEM and approval of the same shall be taken from Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing / overhauling, inspecting, checking, cleaning of all parts by using of blower, checking & cleaning circuit breaker spouts, cleaning of CT and PT, checking all wiring, cleaning metering chamber, applying monoplast compound at busbar joints, fixing up issues with measuring instruments lubrication, greasing and carrying out preventive maintenance of 11 KV RMU including calibrating the relay by conducting secondary injection tests and RMU in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include cost for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of RMU panels with approved colour including lettering details all as per existing.

M&L for complete overhauling / repair of float cum boost charger, cleaning of all parts, checking all wiring , Checking Output Voltage, Checking entire DC Circuit from Charger to the panel Fuse including replacement of minor item required for repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for power pack DC for auxiliary power supply to operate closing & tripping coils, protection relay circuits & other indication lamps for 11 KV HT VCB panel, make as per OEM suitable to operate the control circuit, input supply 110/230 Volts AC + 10% to - 30 %, 50 HZ to give an output supply of 110 V, DC with battery backup including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.
