SUPPLY, INSTALLATION,TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AIR COOLED VARIABLE REFRIGERANT FLOW (VRF) AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT KTDC- HOTEL RAINDROPS, CHENNAI

Supply of 12 HP Capacity air cooled type variable refrigerant flow modular type outdoor units of side discharge, each comprising of multiple scroll compressors all DC inverter driven, full charge of R410A refrigerant gas including condenser and all accessories required for the operation. The outdoor units shall be suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz + 3%, 3 phase AC power supply.(The outdoor unit needs to be placed in a corrosive and chemically active (Presence of sulphur dioxide) atmosphere. Hence necessary anti corrosive and chemically inert coatings needs to be applied before supply)

Supply of 1.5 TR Concealed type ductable split AC unit suitable type variable refrigerant flow modular type indoor units with wireless remote compatible to above mentioned outdoor and comprising of all accessories as per the specifications of OEM. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 220 ± 10% volts, 50Hz + 3%, 1 phase AC power supply. The indoor unit shall be complete with pre filter & remote etc as per requirement

Installation, Testing and commissioning of the following capacity VRF indoor units including fixing above the false ceiling with suitable supports, full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing/ pressure testing, giving all power/control/refrigerant connections etc and all required works as per standards.etc complete as required at site. (Note- KTDC shall provide a required capacity single phase outlet with copper earth within 2m radius of the machine . Necessary wiring and earthing from the outlet and its termination in machine shall be under the scope of bidder )

Installation, Testing and commissioning of the VRF outdoor units including position to the platform and providing ribbed rubber pad for vibration isolation, fixing, full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing/ pressure testing, giving all power/control/refrigerant connections etc and all required works as per standards etc complete as required at site. (Note- KTDC shall provide a required capacity three phase 4 wire outlet with copper earth within 5m radius of the machine with recommended capacity isolator. Cabling and earthing from the outlet and its termination in machine shall be under the scope of bidder )

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of hard drawn high pressure copper refrigerant piping of OEM recommended size suitable based on the capacity of machines, duly insulated with required thick closed cell elastomeric insulation in tubing form and joints sealed with black cotton tape and supporting at suitable intervals and required wall opening and restoring the same as good. Entire refrigerant piping work shall be carried out in accordance with the prevailing standards.(No separate measurement will be taken for suction and discharge lines, one unit length measurement measures unit length of both suction and discharge lines)

Supply and installation of good quality refnet or Y-joints (in pair) in aforesaid refrigerant lines as per the specifications of OEM. (One pair of refnet joint is for both suction and discharge lines )

Supply and Laying 32mm size PVC pipe in position for condensate drain water from indoor unit drain to the floor trap piping with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation and with U trap and all other necessary fittingslike elbows, tees and reducers, clamping in proper interval etc. complete with required wall openings and making as good as same

Supply and Laying 25mm size PVC pipe in position for condensate drain water from indoor unit drain to the floor trap piping with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation and with U trap and all other necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers, clamping in proper interval etc. complete with required wall openings and making as good as same

Supply and Laying OEM recommended size control cable between indoor, outdoor and centralized control panel etc through PVC conduit clamped to the wall etc complete as required at site

Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site 0.63mm thick GSS sheet metal rectangular /round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, etc as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting as per IS 655-2006.

Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site 0.8 mm thick GSS sheet metal rectangular /round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangerssupports, etc as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting as per IS 655-2006.

Supply and installation of aluminium foil faced 9mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber thermal insulation of exhibiting class"O" properties with density 45-55kg/m3. on supply air ducts with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer, longitudinal & transverse joints sealed with adhesive in neat & clean manner

Supply & fixing of 10 mm thick open cell elastomeric nitrile rubber as acoustic insulation of density 140- 180kg/m3 with adhesive as per the recommendation of manufacturer, longitudinal & transverse joints sealed with adhesive in neat & clean manner

Supply and Installation of good quality canvas connection

Charges for providing necessary UV ray coating for the exposed portion of copper pipes

Supply and Fabricating Platforms in Mild steel with required size angles, flats and sections etc to position the VRF outdoor units. The entire structure shall be coated with epoxy primer and metallic paints suiting to outdoor application.

Charges for fabricating scaffoldings of required dimension in suitable round bars, angles, flats etc

Charges for dismantling the existing Supply and return air grills from the position and refixing the same after cleaning and painting , etc complete as required at site

Charges for dismantling existing concealed split AC units of capacities 1.5 TR (Both indoor and outdoor) and its refrigerant and control<br>connections and all related accessories etc complete from the position and<br>stacking at a suitable position as per direction of officer in charge etc complete..
