Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road material, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to 15: 8887 at a rate of application of 0 2 0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013. using mechanica sprayer including Preparing surfaces bybrushing with wirebrushes for removingcaked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface withgunny bags to removeall loose dirt etc on black topafter cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L For Premix bituminous, macadam compacted thickness 75 mm or less with 4% binder content by wight of total mix Cum using VG-30 bitumen of any penetration laid /rolled to required gradint and camber using power roller 8-12 tonnes complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type ofmetal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reffector of model No. DA972.0 fixed with and inci MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 85) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10.000 to 18.000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L. for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.0 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
