Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty milimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab using paving grade bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) meeting the requirements given in the table 500-39 including roughening of surface with wire brush,cleaning the surface applying a thin bituminous tack coat of VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) grade bitumen at the rate 0.325 kg (Zero point three two five killogram) per square metre. Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same with in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transporation of unuseful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportations including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals, necessary to complete the work by mechanical means /labour if required. All useful material such as stones shingle, aggregate and slates etectra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stone to the tune of 18143.02 Cubic metre quantity at the rate of Rs.300/-(Rupees Three hundred)only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractors running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg. Per Sqm (Zero point eight five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification section 500 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.275 kg per sqm. (Zero point two seven five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification section 500 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (One hundred to One hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading II using crushed aggregate 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two milimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 5.40 to 5.60 (Five decimal four zero to Five decimal six zero) percent of mix weighting transport to site laid with Censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth Three wheel Roller 8-10 (Eight to Ten) tonne capacity or Pneumetic tyre Roller of 12-15 (Twelve to Fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of at least 0.56 (Zero decimal five six) MPa for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (Six to Eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Technical Specification section 500 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto Three Sand isto Six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete including cost of form work in drains as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 800,900 and 1200 including carriage of material/ machinery required to execute the work within all leads,lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
