Machining of Plate Mill Housing, as modification, for Plate Mill (M) Department at Rourkela Steel Plant

• (i) The tenderer should have carried out in situ machining of Rolling Mill Housing Window of either Hot or Cold flat Rolling Mill in the last twenty (20) years ending on the last date of previous month of publication of Notice Inviting Tender (NIT).

To substantiate the above, Tenderer shall submit (self attested) copy of following documents:

a. Work Order / Purchase Order copy of executed job.

b. Work completion certificate from client.

(ii) The tenderer should have designed, manufactured and supplied a Plate Mill or a Hot Strip Mill of capacity not less than 0.5 MТРА in a single project in the last twenty (20) years ending on the last date of previous month of publication of Notice Inviting Tender (NIT).

To substantiate the above, Tenderer shall submit (self attested) copy of following documents:

a. Work order / Purchase Order copy of supplied Mill.

b. Commissioning certificate from client of supplied Mill.

Note:

A. For a 100% subsidiary Indian company of a foreign company/group, credentials of foreign company/group will be admissible if submitted along with full back up support of foreign company/group in field of design, engineering, supervision, execution and guarantee. In support of this the bidder has to submit the following documents:

(a) Letter of undertaking from foreign company/group for the above.

(b) Documentary evidence for establishing that the Indian company is 100% subsidiary of that foreign company/group.

B. In case the Bidder is a consortium, following is to be complied with by the consortium:

(a) One or more of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members are permitted) can either individually or together, fulfill the Technical Eligibility indicated above.

(b) Consortium shall submit division of work (responsibility matrix) according to their experience.

(c) Leader of consortium should be the member having maximum job or share of work in value terms.

• a. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder (combining all consortium members in case of consortium bidding) for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2025 should not be less than Rs. 14.00 Crores (Rupees Fourteen Crore Only).

b. The bidder (each member of the consortium; in case of consortium bidding) shall submit audited annual financial reports in support of the above.

c. Net worth of the bidder (each member of the consortium; in case of consortium bidding) should be positive as per the audited annual accounts in the latest of the financial years considered for turnover.

Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
