"Providing & Fixing of Glow sign boards showing the coloured map at Industrial area i. Size of the board is 2.70 x 1.80 x 0.20 mtr ii.The Board should be digitally printed sign board made out of GI Box and covered with unbreakable poly corbonate sheet of 2 mm thickness.Layout matter logo etc of board is to be printed with digitally technique and pasted on front side of board with LG2 process.Beading /framing of front side should bf done with Aluminium angle. Arrangement of Electrical accessories such as tube rod ,wiring,fitting etc. is also to be done inside the GI Box for Fully Glowing of Board. Foundation for this board is to be made asper design and detail given by Engineer -in -charge. iii. Box should be made of Square pipe frame, G.I. sheet 22 Gauge as per attatched drawing. The stand should be grouted firmly in ground with cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3 iv. The board should be guarded with safety nets as per attatched drawings. v. Adequate lighting should be provided with complete electrical wiring.The cable from guide map of size 2x6 sqmm size will also be providing & fixing up to nearest power supply point. vi. The supporting structure for fixing of glow sign board should be made as per attatched drawing. vii.The work also includes entire painting on structure as well as glow sign board. The entire work should be done as per direction and with satisfaction of Engineer in-charge. The stand/angle iron frame/supporting structure should be grouted firmly in ground with cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3 as per foundation detail attatched."
Supply and fixing of Overhead or cantilever type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel,faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter and logo with overlay film type of sheating after the etching treatment of aluminium sheeting.The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy or powder coating.This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40 40 5 angle iron.
Supply of steel structure in single section Built up section frame from M.S. black pipes ( medium duty) as per IS 1239(part1)1979 with connecting plate anchor bolts including cutting, welding, bolting, fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts.
Foundation work of foundation in RCC 1 2 4 including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering ,backfilling and removal of excess earth as per drawing.
Erection with gantry crane at site including nut bolting etc.
