Dismantling and taking down squirrel cage induction motor assembly (10 HP), 3Ph, 415V for heating, varnishing of motor winding, remetaling of shaft and replacement of bearing etc. including disconnection of cable, earthing strip etc carrying of pumping set to Silchar work shop from Kumba Pump house including loading/unloading and bringing back to same location after repair and testing at site with proper coupling and alignment, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before, but of capacity 40-50 HP, the motor to be taken to Silchar workshop from Kumbha Pump House, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maint squirrel cage induction motor assembly 10 HP, 3 ph, 415V alongwith wornout winding & rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge with all associated materials such as dry insulation varnish, cotton tape, soldering materials, glass tube, insulation paper, separator, film paper, removing of burn winding, cleaning of slot, removing of bearing, greasing, servicing, refixing of bearing etc including all dismantling work such as removal from foundation, coupling, disconnection of cable, earthing strip etc, carrying of motor to Silchar work shop from Sonatola/Kumbha pump house including loading/unloading and bringing back to Sonatola pump house and Kumba Pump house, reassembling and reinstallation of motor in foundation, proper coupling and alignment with pump set, including satisfactory testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, taking down and Repairing, servicing of pump set including dismantling of existing centrifugal Pump set of capacity (10-15 HP), multi-stage including water connections of GI, Suction and delivery pipe, and transporting from Kumbha Pump House to Silchar work shop including loading/unloading for necessary repairs such as remetaling, turning of Pump shaft, bearing case of suction & delivery and repairing/replacement of impeller, stage bush, alongwith repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts, with new spare parts, cast iron welding of Pump casing and making alignment, connecting to motor, testing complete, carrying back from Silchar workshop, reinstallation of the Pump set complete with existing motor alongwith proper coupling and alignment, including satisfactory testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15.00 here in before, but of pump set of capacity (40-50 HP). Note: Necessary spares required will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

Material and labour earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600X600X3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20mm x 3mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in plate No. 3 including testing on completion, excavation of earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover with lifting hook, funnel with watering pipe of 20mm dia medium grade and earth lead protection pipe 40mm dia light grade, wire mesh, charcoal & salt and etc. including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm bore foot valve of gun metal sheet conforming to IS-4038, including fitting, flanges, nut bolts, packing rings etc complete in all respect specified and directed.

Supply and fix informatory / equipment history sign boards of size not less than 900 x 600 mm rectangular type with polyester fabric / vinyl (PVC) type made out of square iron channels frame, back ground and equipment history as specified colours (blue and white) complete all as specified and directed.
