AHU housing shall be made of 45±2mm thick panels consisting of 0.8 mm thick galvanized preplasticised/powder coated sheet on outside and 0.63 mm thick plain GI sheet inside with polyurethane foam (PUF) 40 kg/m3 (minimum) density insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine. AHU housing framing structure shall be thermal break structure type. The AHU shall have a fan section with Plug Fan (AMCA/Eurovent certified), TEFC drive, IE-3 motor suitable for 415+ 10% volts, 1/3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, motor mounting arrangement inside the casings, stainless steel (18G) drain pan with PUF insulation, belt drive system and with vibration isolators, Coil section with ARI 410A compliant Cu Tube / Al finned 6 Row deep -13 FPI Dx coil, with suitable for DX Unit connective , aluminium damper on the outlet of AHU. The cooling coil section shall be of 6-row DX type as per technical specification, with a removable coil frame, and shall include a double-wall stainless steel (SS) drain pan with 25 mm thick foam insulation to prevent condensation. The filter section shall comprise one set of commissioning filters, including Pre-filter (MERV 8) and Fine filter (MERV 13), with easily removable access for maintenance, and manometer ports shall be provided to monitor pressure drop across the filters. The maximum face velocity shall not exceed 2.5 m/s. The fan outlet shall be provided with a heavy-duty, double-layer flexible canvas connection for vibration isolation. AHU should supply with necessary VFD for speed control based on return air temperature (Qty of VFD should be as per no. of Fan) and Bypass Starter. AHUs shall be fitted with GI VCD's (Volume Control Damper) for supply/return/fresh air / purge air opening of AHU body with canvass connection. The AHU shall be supplied with a mixing Box, Thermostat for Temperature control, AHU kit of OEM if required etc . All supporting GI hangers, ,MS angles, channels nut , bolts, washers etc. necessary for unit installation shall be inclusive in the cost. All AHUs shall be suitable for Static Pressure as mentioned below. Vendor to consider the suitable size of FRLS power cable from panel to unit in scope of supply. Wherever multiple condensing units are offered for the AHU, the AHU DX coil shall have multiple circuit with required controls compatibility with Refrigerant of the Outdoor Unit . Cost of VFD drive & VFD bypass starter panel along with Copper power and control cabling , earthing ,cable tray etc. unto 10 mtr.length shall be considered along with the cost of AHU. Air handling unit shall be selected for the lowest operating noise level i.e., not exceeding 60 dbA @ 1 metre distance from the equipment. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of corrosion-resistant galvanized powder-coated (or equivalent) sheet steel outdoor Air cooled condensing unit, designed for low-vibration operation and installed on suitable vibration isolators. The unit shall comprise an energy-efficient inverter scroll compressor with built-in controls, including a thermal protector, HP/LP cutouts, and a pressure relief valve. The condensing unit shall include a finned-tube air-cooled condenser with a protective metal-framed condenser fan unit. The unit shall have integral refrigerant copper piping within the compressor and condenser, with accessories such as refrigerant shutoff valves (at the compressor/compressors and liquid refrigerant outlet, if required) and a filter dryer.
