Full Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights with in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) 1st class bricks.

Half Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights with in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) Ist class bricks

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping nad cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same a)Flat surfaces such as soffits or suspended floors, roofs,landings and the like floor etc.upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5sand:3graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :- a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers upto floor two level.

Providing for steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position in all heights.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50Metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads and lifts. Un-reinforecd cement concrete upto 15 cm.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete exculding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing an laying stain and impect resistent double charge vetrified tiles Nitco or equivailent 600x600x10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring treads of steps on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5 mm thick in flooring (300x300mm size) treads or steps laid on abed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Digital wall tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers or steps and dado on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3(1cemen:3sand) and jointed with white cement slurry.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm (avg) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20 mm thick

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand)

15mm cement plaster in singal coat on the rough/fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Applying birla white wall care putty (two coat) over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materilas and other foreign matters and papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and aslo including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remvoe all dirt and remains os loose powdered materials.

Providing and fxing dyed aluminium work for door, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections to of approved make . conforming to 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868.(Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 ) fixed with rawplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners i/c necessary filling up of gaps at junctions , at top , bottom and sides with frequired PVC/ Neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth ,rustfree ,straight ,mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required i/c cleat angle, aluminium ,snap beading for glazing /panelling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws .All complete as per Architectural drawing and the directions of Enginner in charge. a) For doors windows and ventilators and glazed partitions frames.

b) For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisionsfor fixing of fitings where ever required including the cost of PVC /neoprene gaskes as required .(fittings and glazing /panelling shall be paid for seperatly.)

Providing and fixing stainless wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85G with wire of .56mm to windows and clearstory window i/c U section of aluminium in beading of.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door ,windows ,ventilators shutters and partition etc with PVC/ neo[rens gaskets etc. Complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer including aluminium snap beading and glazing.
