Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 using 20% plum of nallah split stone ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) crushed

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for mass concrete

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying of 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design \shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc and locking of tiles at ends with cement concrete M-20 complete Job as per direction of Engineer - Incharge including all leads\ lifts,carriage of 3D design with locking (NSI)

Providing and laying non-pressure of specified class R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete.1000 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe (laying by manual/mechanical means)

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading /unloading and stacking complete.

Sand for an average distance of 120 kms by M.T

Stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size for an average distance 10 kms by M.T

Stone for an average distance of 05 Km by M.T
