Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads in cement mortar,Useful 40% bricks i.e 4.37 Cum will be used by the contractor in the boundary wall and recovered @Rs. 5000 per cubic Metre, as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government . (But rate excluding GST).

Demolishing cement concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. manually/by mechanical means including stacking of material within 50 metres leadas thickness of 40 MM asper specifications, approved drawing, design complete, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana and toll tax, sale tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government. (But rate excluding GST).

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetra in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiselling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depths any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering or removal of slush, lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres (Three metres) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government.(But rate excluding GST).

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated, for plain concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-10) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm( forty millimetre) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD techinical specifications section 800,900 and 1200 as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government.(But rate excluding GST).

Second class brick masonry in common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) building bricks of class destignation 7.5 in in super structure above plinth level upto floor any level in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement is to Six Sand), as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government.(But rate excluding GST).

15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side/fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal angles, chamfers and rounded angles any girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand) as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax,or any other taxes imposed by the Government. (But rate excluding GST).

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and od reuuired shade on undecorated wall surfaces(Two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials complete. as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax,or any other taxes imposed by the Government. (But rate excluding GST).

Steel work welded in built up sections of Tata/Jindal/Sail in Trusses and trussed purlins in building, in beams joists channels,angles,tee,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats asin main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlines connected to common rafters and the like. position and applying coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Painting Two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matters enamal piant other then white Asian/Nerolac/Burger brand with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental.
