SCHEDULE "A" PART - I (MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN)

Taking down old unserviceable ceiling fan of any sweep including disconnecting the electric connection for repair and reuse at site or carrying to the store complete all as specified and as directed.

Hanging only ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan after replacement of spare parts such as rewinding, ball bearing, iron bush, rubber bush, condensor, canopy, condensor stand, fan blade, down rod and painting complete all as specified and as directed. {Note:- (i) Ceiling fan shall be obtained from item No. 1.01. (ii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid under item No. 1.02 to 1.23. (iii) all other fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, washsers, split pin, jam nuts, MS 'J' hook, etc. are included in this item.

Materials and labour for preparation of old ceiling fan exposed surfaces of 1200mm sweep and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after removing existing paint by spray painting including filling caviies with filler complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) All other fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, washers, split pin, jam nuts, MS J hook etc are incluided in this item (iii) Painting of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid under relevant item here-in-after.)
