Red sand stone. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Slip clearance (by manual means) of earth and boulders including disposal.Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator,khalashi, POL, accessories. Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags ( Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position. Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.50mm average thickness.

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 3 mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2 mm.(The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 in size with GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 150mm x 150mm mesh laid with stone boulders. GI wire 10 gauge BWG. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Hire charges of welding machine with single phase with welder, helper and electrodes etc. for repair and welding of gates, door, window etc. for 8 hrs. in a day complete with all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.(PSI). Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable carpenter, Mason, plumber for carrying simple type of repairing of all suitable work including all T&P etc. complete but excluding cost of material.

Supply Helper/ Mali/Labour for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer In Charge for proper completion of the work in emergency with T&P as required.(Gardening,cleaning grass and roof of of colony buildings).

Drilling 38 mm diameter holes and installing of 25 mm dia anchor bar including grouting of holes with high performance resin compound for proper anchorage of connecting anchor bar as per drawing & technical specification or as directed by Engineeer-in-Charge including supply of all the material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work, excluding cost of anchor bars. (The reinforcement will be paid seperately).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to . Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .
