Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site true to lines as per plan, L section cross slope, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lift & lead, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in the drawing by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stone available from the required hill side cutting for retaining of the muck , without damaging forest , forest land , utility and private properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material ), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract , MORD Specification Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material, including all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Compacting original ground supporting subgrade Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202 By Mechanical Means for Bituminous Courses.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.By Mechanical Means.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Prime Coat Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with the use of batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. (Using Shreded Waste Plastic Technology, specifications as per IRC SP 98 or Latest guidline issued by NRIDA).

Providing and fixing of CC Edge stone 12cmx12cmx60cm size precast in M15 cement concrete with 4 no 8mm dia HYSD vertical bars and 3 nos 6mm dia HYSD bars stirrups as per approved drawing including two coat white washing on valley side of formation as directed by engineer in charge and MORD specification for rural roads etc. Complet (0.120x0.120x0.600)m
