Supply and fixing of 3 mm thick fire-retardant ACP panels (PVDF-coated, FR core), with 50 mm x 50 mm x 2 mm anodized aluminium framework, stainless steel fasteners, fire-rated sealant, aluminium trims, access panels with hinges and catches as in ceiling and walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing suspended gypsum board false ceiling using 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum boards conforming to IS:2095-1982, screw-fixed to G.I. ceiling framework comprising perimeter channels (0.55 mm thick) fixed to walls with nylon sleeves and screws, intermediate channels (45 mm x 0.9 mm thick) suspended from soffit at 1220 mm centers using ceiling angles and steel expansion fasteners, and ceiling sections (51.5 mm web with 26 mm flanges) fixed perpendicular to intermediate channels using connecting clips. Boards shall be mechanically screw-fixed with 25 mm drywall screws at 230 mm centers. All joints and tapered edges shall be finished flush using jointing compound, paper/fiber tape, and two coats of topcoat as per manufacturer’s specifications. The entire ceiling surface shall be finished with one coats of primer, followed by two coats of wall putty in 3 mm and two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade to achieve a smooth, uniform finish complete all as specified and as directed

The contractor shall supply, fabricate, and install not less than 7 mm thick fire-retardant PVC wall panelling (compliant with IS 14862 or equivalent, e.g., Class B1 per EN 13501-1) for aesthetic enhancement of passage corridors in the building. The PVC panels, sourced from reputed makes such as Sintex, Alstone, or Eurobond, shall feature a high-quality finish (e.g., matte, gloss, wood grain, or textured, as per architect’s approved sample) to elevate the interior’s visual appeal. The panelling shall be supported by a 50 mm x 50 mm x 2 mm anodized aluminium framework (grade 6063-T6, e.g., Jindal Aluminium or Hindalco), secured with stainless steel fasteners (grade 304), fire-rated silicone sealant (e.g., Dow Corning or Anabond), and aluminium trims for edges and corners to ensure a seamless and polished look. Optional access panels (600 mm x 600 mm) with concealed hinges and magnetic catches may be included if specified for maintenance or future utility access, ensuring compliance with fire safety norms (NBC 2016) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour arresting seepage in old external wall by surface preparation (jet washing, crack chasing), repairing defects with polymer mortar, applying 2 coats of acrylic elastomeric waterproofing membrane (1-2 mm DFT, e.g., Dr. Fixit equivalent), embedding mesh, and finishing with 2 coats of exterior acrylic paint. Includes tests, guarantee for 2 years, and all leads/lifts up to 3 floors. Measured on external surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

Pressure grouting for cracks using epoxy/polyurethane injection (including drilling, packers, and sealing). Scope of Work 1. Method of Repair cracks (>0.2 mm width) in old external walls to prevent water seepage to internal walls. 2. Use pressure injection grouting with epoxy like Sika Injection-201, Fosroc Conbextra EP10) equelent or polyurethane resin like Sika Injection-307, Fosroc Lokfix PU or equelent to fill and seal cracks, voids, and honeycombs. Include drilling injection ports, installing packers, injecting grout, and sealing ports. 3. Ensure a water-tight seal with a 2 year guarantee against seepage recurrence, subject to maintenance. 4. Work to be performed by a specialized agency with 5+ years of experience in injection grouting, under engineer supervision.
