Demolition of brick work or Porbandar type stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster a, etc complete all a specified and as directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using Porbandar stone obtained from demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Preparation of old decorated surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work in Gates , Grating drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing mesh size or type 75mm X 75mm with 4mm dia wire of minimum weight 2.9Kg/Sqm incl line wire and to any type of standard rails standard bolts etc incl binding wire (if minimum weight is not available then contractor has to provide next higher weight without extra cost) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc incl providing binding wire, including taking down old chain link fencing ,Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Galvanised,2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) ,including taking down old barbed wire fencing Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and re-fixing barbed wire in same or other location including straightning and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with new galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing punched tape concertina coil 610mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.60 mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) with angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 metre apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts on GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core 2.6mm dia wire minimum barb 9 mm width, loop spacing 250± 20mm, coil length 9 metre and fixed in position including taking down old rusted concertina coil complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The make of concertina coil & barbed wire shall be approved by GE conforming to the specifications before procurement. (ii) Mild steel angle (Y-Shape) and barbed wire be measured and paid separately.

Taking down shutters of existing steel gates of size 3.01 Sqm to 5 Sqm (each shutter), straightning the members as required welding the loose joints as per standard SOP of welding, making good the rusted portion replacing with steel section of equal size provision of necessary new cleats including cement concrete 1:2:4 as in holdfast for new position, straightning the hold fast & hinges, all mechanical work using hydra tools, greasing, oiling and aligning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out silt, brick, debris, liquids waste, sludge in solid / semi solid/ liquid state including complete cleaning of drainage line upto 900mm wide and 2000mm deep including removal of Drain Cover , steel grating etc and suitably disposing off material outside MD land including removal of PCC drain Cover and re fixing to the original position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing PVC Drainage Pipe upto 200mm dia pipe lines with rodding and help of cleaning tool and cleaning with each floor juctions including birds wastes, sludge, Stone deposits etc complete including removal and refixing the cover in original position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, like interlocking paver tile etc laid dry complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished as in vertical surfaces like gate piller and like, set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

50mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in floors, paving and paths , including finishing top surface with brooming or belting , including making 10mm wide construction joints at every 3m interval and at every corner, filled with mixture of bitumen and sand (1:1).etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Sand filling under paver blocks for cushion incl watering and consolidation to required level and gradient, Complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade (with grey cement and pigment) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand coushining will be measured and paid seprately.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-35 grade (with grey cement and pigment) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand coushining will be measured and paid seprately.

Taking out interlocking paver tiles of size 60/80mm thickness and relaying to required level and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Sand and PCC if required shall be paid and measured Separately)

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel CRS bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tanks, etc. and set in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of damaged RCC covers slab complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant Item(s).

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Extra forming fair finished drain channel upto 60 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down shutters of existing steel gate of Size upto 3 sqm (each panel), straightning the members as required , welding the loose joints as per standard SOP of welding , making good the rusted portion replacing with steel section of equal size provision of necessary new cleats including cement concrete 1:2:4 as in holdfast for new portion, straightning the hold fast & hinges all mechanical work using hydra , tools greasing oiling and aligning complete all as specified and as directed

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 150 mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, before concreting or otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete kerb stone M-25 grade of size 400x300x100 mm with one edge rounded, set and jointed with CM 1:3, making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints shall not be more than 05mm except at sharp curves), making drainage outlet as required & directed inculding excavation and earthwork and fixing of the stone and picking around complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
