REPAIR / MAINTENANCE AND PAINTING OF BOUNDARY WALL, SECURITY WALL, FENCING, BARBED WIRE, CONCERTINA COIL AND OTHER MISC B/R ITEMS AT AF STATION BAREILLY UNDER GE (AF) BAREILLY

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, embedded in concrete / brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh / chain link fencing any type all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base for flooring etc all as specified.

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any size or type all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, mild steel round bar etc complete all as specified. (Note:Chain link fence & MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately in relevant items as supply only).

Supply only 10 mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wires for chain link fencing complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer all as specified.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified. (Note: Each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land.
