Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.50m and n.exc 3.00m deep (or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and exc 1.50m and n.exc 3.00m deep) & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying pipe lines etc. in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in hard/dense of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor sub base, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over item No 9.00 (here-in-before) for hammer dressing to face of stone wall with maximum depression on face from straight edge n.exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squarrel rubble waling, jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 16mm dia mild steel round bars TMT bar as in rungs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment & confirming to Fe-410W (grade E-250) quality 'A' and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; staging framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.410W.Gde-E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (nominal mix) A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (nominal mix) A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in baffle wall complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.

Use and waste of flat formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of flat formwork to faces of baffle walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of flat formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/stone work, PCC block masonary or concrete surfaces of walls (internal), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/stone work, PCC block masonary or concrete surfaces of walls (external), mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 litres capacity, rotational moulded high density polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position and including 20mm float valve & conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed. Note : PVC tanks shall be ISI marked of approved make and having three layers.

S & F for 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with and including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor and including testing complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

15 mm bore dia pipe

20 mm bore dia pipe

S & F for 20 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bedding to SGSW drain pipe 150 mm internal dia & including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm internal diameter salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' ISI marked, laid to slop in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) with spun yarn and tested complete all as directed.
