Periodical Maintenance such as replacement of Engine Oil, Oil filter, Air filter and diesel filter, cleaning of air filters, replacement of water hose, cleaning of filter housing etc of Make: Kirloskar/Cummins/Greaves diesel engine generating sets including replacement of rusted and defective nuts, bolts, and washers etc as required at site of following capacity, one in a quarterly duration all as directed. Note: (i) Spares (Oil and filters) required for maintenance of DG set will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Periodical maintenance/ servicing of DG Set shall to be carried out at every 250 hrs to maintain the serviceability of DG Set. (iii) Contractor shall deploy qualifyd D G Mechanic the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge during the conract period. Who shall be responsible for day to day running maintanance of the D G sets and including attending any break down as well as periodical servicing of Generators. (iv) Attendance of the Mechanic shall be fwd along with the RAR and absence shall be deducted @500 Rs per day.

M&L for repair of self starter of 100 KVA to 125 KVA DG set including taking out burnt out winding, rewinding the same and replacment of burn out parts carbon brush, brushes etc complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of alternator assembly of DG sets of following capacity from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection, carrying the same to workshop, dismantling of alternator and taking down worn out windings of rotor filed coils and excitor coils, rewinding the alternator with copper enemeled wire with same size and same guage, replacement of insulation material, heating and varnishing, provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc. to make alternator fully serviceable, reassembling the alternator, shifting back to installation, assembling the same with engine, making electric connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed

(a) Alternator of DG set 25 KVA, 30, 50 & 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Alternator of DG set 82.5 KVA, 125 KVA and 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of fuel feed pump of DG set any capacity and connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of block assembly engine of 160 KVA DG set and taking it to workshop and back after necessary repair to make the DG set serviceable condition and fixing in its original position and testing after installation on load upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
