Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade, 10mm thick glossy/mat finish double charged heavy duty (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- The size, shade and design will be approved by GE.

Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade, 10mm thick glossy/mat finish double charged heavy duty (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.36 Sqm, in skirting, dado etc and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- The size, shade and design will be approved by GE.

Glazed ceramic, premium quality, coloured/printed tiles of size 350mmx250mm /450mmx350mm /1200mmx600mmx7 to 8mm thick as in skirting, dado etc and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry or with chemical adhesive having 3mm horizontal spacing between them filled with neat and freshly prepared epoxy filled in the gooves cleaned or printed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- The size, shade and design will be approved by GE.

Black granite 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pollars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs of any type one edge, such as in steps cooking platform, cill of window and other simillar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Kota stone provided should be as single piece as in riser and treads or in any vertical surface.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-5 nominal mix, E-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in sub base layer under floors, sunken floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, type D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base to floor, 75mm thick, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (5mm thick first layers and 5mm thick 2nd layer), mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Providing and applying water profing treatement over terrace using SHALIURETHANE-BTD OF STP MAKE OR EQUIVALENT as approved by GE, high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrene as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the memberane shall be 1.50mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50% laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50 50gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.2 kg per sqm and suface preparation including cleaning of existing treatement, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, 25mm thick, surface finished even and rough for receiving floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5cm deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc., kerbs, including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings facias, louvres, parapets and railings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), etc. For fair finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 38 above but except stone.

Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for waterproofing of exterior walls including complete removal of existing plaster, including raking out joints, loose particles complete and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating (Smartcare Ultra Block 2k). The treatment shall be done from ground level upto suitable height as directed and providing of 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- All treatment shall be done by applicator authorized by original equipment manufacturer with any mechanical means spray gun/roller. Make:- ASIAN PAINTS /BERGER /NEROLAC.

Material and labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing treatment and rubbish material till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding the surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of smartcare waterproof primer (Damp Prime Suprema) on wall and chajjas with 10% of dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal and fungal properties, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- All treatment shall be done by applicator authorized by original equipment manufacturer with any mechanical means spray gun/roller. Make:- ASIAN PAINTS /BERGER /NEROLAC.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick plaster of paris putty including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick plaster of paris putty including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of exiting treatment and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls, complete all as specified and directed.
