Taking down carefully existing copper / aluminium point wiring (Light / Fan / Socket or Power Point) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc to be measured separately), removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc along with replacement of old unservceable one specification complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Point Wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductors conforming to IS specifications, with colour code drawn through existing conduit including 1.6 mm MS sheet concealed in walls covered with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch sockets outlets, fan regulators, etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and directed. (i)One light /fan point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No-2 above but one three pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board

Taking down and opening / dismantling of ceiling fan, 1200/1400mm sweep and taking out old unserviceable winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same gauge including all insulating material required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning the fan bearing/bushing and greasing/oiling and reassebling, testing complete including cleaning the surface and applying spray painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint and refixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repair for submain wiring Surface/recessed as reqd complete with 2x4 sqmm(nominal core) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable multi-stranded copper conductor single core in PVC conduit of 20mm size complete with 1x4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS green colour copper conductor as earth wire connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: 02 runs of 4.0 sqmm and 01 run of 4 sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length)

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface of electric poles mild steel tubular type 9 m long any type /make/model above ground level including cross arms clamps etc and applying two coats with aluminium paint on pole , cross arms, clamps , brackets etc including zebra painting for PCC/ Steel poles 9/11 mtr long upto 1.5 mtr height from ground level with two coats of enamel synthetic paint in 30 CM height of alternate band including painting of pole coping writing pole No all as specified and directed by Engineer in /charge. Material and labour for taking out split/ window type Air conditioner 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any make from its original location, removing the dust from body with blower, cleaning the condenser and cooling coil by using water and caustic soda,checking all the connections including functioning of metal clad socket / DP switch function of relay capacitors overload protector thermostat fan motor blade fan blower drum etc. oiling/ greasing of fan motor checking serviceability and refixing it in its original place including testing commissioning for 1.5/2.0 Ton of AC of any make all as specified & directed .

Material and labour for Detecting the gas leakage, rectifying the defects by vacumizing and charging fresh mafron gas (R-22) and commissioning and testing the split / window type air conditioner unit 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.
