FLOOR PROFILE: Providing and fixing floor profile below door as per the direction of engineer-in-charge all complete.
ANODIZED ALUMINIUM SKIRTING: Providing and fixing 75mm high anodized aluminum skirting fixed on wall and partition. All complete.
UPVC /alluminimum SLIDING WINDOW: Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour windows comprising of UPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where required) UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket with 8mm thk glass. All complete
COAT STORAGE: Providing and fixing coat storage, Profile door storage as approved veneer with melamine finish with approved make hardware Such as Hinges, Handles, Locks etc complete (Hettich, Ebco) or glass pertition work need to be done
Luster paint for wall : Providing & applying Luster Paint on wall. The rate shall include surface preparing. Primer coat with minimum 2 or more coats to get evenly spread quality finish of approved make, quality & shade shall be provided.
FLUSH DOOR IN VENEER FINISH: Providing and fixing 35 mm thick flush door with 4mm thick Veneer finish with melamine polish on both side with second class teak wood lipping. Including all the necessary hardware like, Hinges, Handle, lock, door stopper, door closer etc All complete. (Size 900mm X 2100mm height)
SOLID PARTITIONS IN LAMINATE : Made out of 2"x1 1/2" salwood section framework 2'-0" c/c both ways treated with antitermite solution, covered with 12 mm thk commercial ply wood with approved shape & shade 1mm thk laminate fixing on inside of panel as per the design with provision of the openings in the panel for switch boards, box and cuts in frame for carrying conduits if necessary and fixing 1.0 mm laminate on the outside face of shade and colour as per Client’s colur scheme given in the tender specification. The open edges are to be blocked by teak wood bead of required size and design. All provisions to be made for all electrical, networking boxes onto partition framework at required heights/levels with necessary additional supports as directed.
