Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- incharge.

Centering Shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Suspended floors roofs ,landings , balconies , and access platform with timber planks

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level..Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies,shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 fine sand :3 graded stone agreegate 20 mm nominal size) .

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete . Fixed to steel windows by welding..

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying apriming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles( minimum 200X300) conforming to IS :15622-2017 ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours shades of any size as approved by Engineer in charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados laid over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying ceramic floor tiles in different sizes ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) Ist quality conforming to IS :15622 -2017 of approved make in all colours shades except such as white , ivory , grey , fume red brown over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 fine sand ) jointed with Jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white ordinary cement cement and matching pigment etc. complete. Anti-Skid TilesCeramic Tiles 1st quality 300 x 300mm in all shades and designs

Providing and fixing gang saw cut of approved thickness mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms,vanity counters, window sills, facias and similarlocations of required size, approved shade, colourand texture laid over 20 mm thick base of cementmortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) with joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing ,curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels:-14 mm thick Granite of any colour and shade duly approved. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing edge moulding to approved thickness marble stone counters, vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finishetc. complete at all levels as required as per designapproved by the Engineer-in-charge:-14 mm thick Granite work.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tilesof size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622 - 2017, of approved make, in colours white ,ivory , Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
