I/We am/are willing to carry out the work at ………………… above/below/at par percent (should be written in figures and words),
the estimated rates mentioned above. Now amount of my/our tender works out as under.
All sizes and quantities specified are approximate and can be used anywhere in the gates project as per the discretion of the Architect and the
contractor shall be paid for the exeucted work ONLY
Contractor to provide samples of any material, mock-up at place as desired by the Architect, Consultants, Client, Site in-Charge or PMC at NO
extra cost. Contractor will NOT be paid for the same separately.
All items to include necessary protection works as indicated by the Architect, inclusive of providing for protecting sheet cover, ply packing,
signage of works under progress, shifting of existing furniture etc. from one place to another, removal of existing electrical fittings, unwanted
material from walls as and where required or described by the Architect/ site in-Charge. No material to leave the site without the consent of
the Architect/ site in-Charge. Contractor to make a scrap shed on site and maintain a record book of the same and get a approval from the
Architect/ Site in-Charge for the removal of the unusable items. Contractor to consider protecting, cleaning and covering existing and finished
job till handing over the same to the Client.
Contractor to provide protection to the ceiling, flooring, walls etc. including all works done under this awarded work after executing the work
until handover at NO EXTRA COST.
Contractor to provide and fix moulded SS of 304 grade rod hooks or equivalent for chandeliers and fans threaded as required to tighten the
rod plate of sizes required as a base plate including drilling a core cutting in wood in adhesive to woods etc. wherever required as per the site
condition and as instructed by the Site in-Charge/ Architect. NO EXTRA will be paid for checking the feasibility of holding the load by the hook
and proper methodology for the same to be provided for approval.
All items include careful removal of debris from the site at regular intervals as per the norms and designated dumping grounds approved by
the Government.
This is a heritage precinct, the Contractor has to ensure NO damage is done to the buildings, its elements and interiors while carrying out any
works. Any damage caused will be rectified by the Contractor under their own cost. The site surrounding is to be kept clean at all times.
The site is located within a heritage precinct with Arjan Ni Bari under ASI protection with other public buildings which are not in our scope.
The Contractor to ensure no disturbance or hazard is created for locals and others who visit the site at all times.
Contractor to careful in shifting of cupboards, benches, loose furniture etc. stored on the site and other working areas. The clearing should
be done with utmost care to avoid any breakage of Historic furniture or damage to architectural features of the building.
Contractor to provide 'as-built' drawings at NO EXTRA cost after the completion of total work
During execution of works, contractor to make sure no one is allowed inside the property without prior permission or confirmation from the
Client. No photography to be allowed at all times. Only Site workers, client, architect, consultants with proper identification card and
approval to be allowed within the complex.
Contractor to provide guard rail at all times for the safe movement of team members

Schedule-B-1 : ENABLING WORKS & PROTECTION WORKS

All scaffolding and metal used in this project needs to be freshly painted / precoated and no rust
should be visbilble.
All external scaffolding to include Nylon net/ heslin cloth with required duck tape with safety
signages "work in progess" and " caution" boards at ground level and demarcation of entrances to
the building. The rate will include for the cross bracings between the rows of the scaffold units.
Items to be quoted including this. No over and above will be paid later.
1 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of
building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of
scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed
1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes,
M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and
maintaining it in a serviceable
condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and
removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting
with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations
with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of
Engineer-in-charge
(1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
Providing, erecting double scaffolding for external plaster and other repair works using bamboo/
wooden male of 2" to 3" dia vertical and horizontal at 1.2 metre and necessary cross bamboos and
short bamboos for supports from building, providing and fixing planks by taking necessary holes in
wall and remaking good the damages after completion of work, including coir and all necessary Sq. Mt. 516.01 131.00
material including conveying loading unloading including removing the same after completion of
work by taking necessary precautions and safety measures of labour etc. (irrespective of duration of
the scaffolding, the item will be paid only once)
Providing, erecting, maintaining and carefully dismantling mobile H-frame scaffolding system fo
restoration works, made of heavy duty mild steel tubular sections (OD 48-50mm, minimum 2-3mm
thick) comprising H-frames, horizontal and diagonal cross bracings, steel/ anti-skid working
platforms working latforms, guard rails and toe boards, complete with heavy-duty swivel castor
wheels with brakes (minimum 6"/ 8" dia) and adjustable base jacks for leveling. Scaffolding shall be Sq. Mt. 555.67 851.00

Manual removal of vegetation (major trees, climbing plants, creepers) from walls , columns, arches,
floor etc. in a skilled and careful manner, using appropriate tools and means and without causing
any damage to the adjoining parts, including carrying and stacking the dismantled materials
including lift/ lower upto 11 metres and lead upto 50 metres as directed by the engineer or architect
in charge. The exposed surfaces wil be coated with a paste made from ammonium sulphamate
crystals or with "tree killer" available in market. In this condition, the root system may be left to
absorb and die. Large sections of dead wood must not be left within the core. As they decay they will
remove support and create voids and weaknesses in the wall. Pull off a well established mat of
vegetation must be resisted. Tamping, grouting, pointing and resetting of bricks/ stones especially
on wall, side walls or retaining wall must all be anticipated as remedial work

upto a maximum depth of 150mm.
Polyplus SF or Equivalent : Providing and filling of general purpose styrene free resin with the help of

SockFix Anchor M8 (SS 304) or Equivalent - Providing & fixing mechanical grouted sock anchor
system for bonding stone/brick masonry as specified by structure engineer/ Helifix design including
drilling upto 32mm dia and depth 25 mm more than the required length of the anchor. The 8mm dia
stainless steel grade 304 threaded bar with UTS of 750 N/mm2, Ultimate Tensile Load of 26 KN, 0.2%
Proof Load of 450 N/mm2 and C.S.A of 36.6 mm2, encased with a specially designed sock allowing
itself to inflate when the grout is pressure filled, until the grout bleeds out of the sock micromesh so
that the sock balloons itself into the voids around the drilled hole, thus creating a chemically grouted
mechanical anchor. The grout should be specially formulated cementitious Portland cement mix
having compressive strength of 65 N/mm2 at 28 Days. Grouting should be done with a pressure pot
maintaining 3 to 4 bar pressure during the installation.The installer must ascertain that the sock must
inflate to its full capacity into the pre-drilled holes complete as per direction of structural engineer /
Helifix. All above excluding steel staging & scaffolding, as per site conditions wherever necessary.

450 N/mm2 and C.S.A of 58.0 mm2, encased with a specially designed sock allowing itself to inflate
when the grout is pressure filled, until the grout bleeds out of the sock micromesh so that the sock
balloons itself into the voids around the drilled hole, thus creating a chemically grouted mechanical
anchor. The grout should be specially formulated cementitious Portland cement mix having
compressive strength of 65 N/mm2 at 28 Days. Grouting should be done with a pressure pot
maintaining 3 to 4 bar pressure during the installation.The installer must ascertain that the sock must
inflate to its full capacity into the pre-drilled holes complete as per direction of structural engineer /

direction of structural engineer / Helifix. All above excluding steel staging & scaffolding, as per site
conditions wherever necessary.
Repair with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM): Repairs to the deteriorated / damaged areas of RCC
elements in the structure shall be carried out by using powder Polymer Modified repair mortar. The
polymer modified mortar is applied when the epoxy bonding coat is still tacky. In one application
mm thickness shall be built. Subsequent layer shall be built with one bond coat of Polymer modified
cement slurry. The polymer modified repair mortar shall be mixed, applied and cured as per technical
Providing R.S. girders of any size and span, lowering the same and stacking the same as and where
directed in the compound, including scaffolding etc. complete.
Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-250 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere
work, using cement content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully automatic batching
plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous
agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete

shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as
