Supply install and commissioning of High galvanized mast light 16 Mtr height in 2 sections suitable for 50 M/Sec wind speed with material of construction equivalent to BSEN 10025 with base dia of 360mm and top dia 150 mm and thickness of section is 3mm having section length of 8300 mm top and bottom with overlap of 600 mm and the cross section must be regular polygon having galvanized standard of IS 4759 with hot dip galvanized protection internally and externally. Base plate of dia 560 mm and thickness 25 mm with 8 Nos foundation bolt of sixe M30x850 mm stud type and size of the door opening is 1000mmx300 mm with head frame, winch mounting bracket luminaries carriage made of material 48.3 OD ERW class 'B' pipes as per IS 1239 part I suitable to install 9 Nos lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear (gera ration 53:1 self sustainable type) of capacity 500 Kg with outer enclosure box and having three point suspension wire system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia grade AISI 316, 7/19 con 97/19 gauge and double drum winch with luminaries mounting arm, pulley assembly, integral power tool motor, manual handle and panel board with controlling MCBs and timer switch for the LED light, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester with 1.2 m galvanized single spike and wiring cable 5 corex2.5 sq mm copper conductor from JB to individual luminaries and MCB in base compartment including RCC foundation with 25 grade concrete for 16 meters height pole as per drg No SLR-HM-STD-GA-16 M-B complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable using M-sand, gently punned below /around cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

M&L Well burnt bricks, sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry as in protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm bore GI tubing, light grade, conforming to IS 1239 for protection of cable fixed in wall or laid on trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB DB, SPN 4 way suitable for single phase, 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type suitable for mounting incoming and outgoing MCB's single/double pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, TPN, 415V, 10 KA, 'B' curve, current carrying capacity, 32 to 40 AMP, fixed to MCB DB including connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying connecting up and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC Bedded, galvanized steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / ducts/ fixed to wall/ pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets and taking down old unserviceable under ground able etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical panel outdoor type made up of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet weather, dust & vermin proof, double door, front & back opening detachable type complete made up of suitable angle iron frame with locking arrangement duly mounted on angle iron frame of suitable size grouted on PCC plinth, painted with two coats of powder coating over a coat of red oxide primer conforming to IS 8623 IP 54 protection including necessary glands etc at the bottom sheet cover and consisting of the following items:- (i) Separate cubical cabing for mounting LT Energy meter with CT for 60 to 150 amp (ii) Three phase Kit Kat Fuse unit of 200 Amps and Neutral bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 40mm bore GI tubing, medium grade including all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 25mm bore GI tubing, medium grade including all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting threading/ drilling and tapping GI/CI water mains (in position) for making branch connection of 50mm to 40mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including GI earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron with GI protection pipe of 40mm bore, light grade, up to 7.5 mtr long and connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of strata available at site, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, earthing chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 kg/sqm funnel with GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- GI earth wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately

M&L Construction of valve pit chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm (internal size) with 3.15mm thick Ms sheet cover duly supported with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame ocking arrangemnts, all painted with two coats of synthatic ename paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly embedded in 15mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate coping including neccesary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggrgate foundation over 75mm thick hardcore using stone boulders, one brick thick Birck wall with cement mortar 1:4, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on all exposed surfaces of wall, dismandling of existing damaged valve pit etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
