Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point ( without independent switch etc ) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required .

a) 2x1.5 sq.mm + 1x1.5 sq.mm earth wire

b) 2 x4 sq.mm + 1 x4 sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing suitable size Gl box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size Gl box with modular plate and cover in Front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 6/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of LED office Lighting luminaire suitable for mounting with Arstrong/Gnd Ceiling of 35 wall +/-5%, rated 230 volt+/-10%. pf>0.9 fitted with sufficient number and appropriate type of LED.good CRI>/=80, suitable for operation on variable AC inputs employing high effient constant current electronic driver etc.as required.

Supply of 1200 mm sweep, 5 star rated, 32 Watts, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CMM/W) minimum 6.8S, Air delivery minimum 215 CMM, 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.
