Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and removing material from site complete.

M&L for Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surface including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of wall 05 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured and paid separately) complete.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster on roof surface with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement. Plaster will be carried out such a manner when PCC padding is green plaster surface should be even and smooth without using extra cement complete. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wall or exposed surfaces of cement concrete and applying two coats of Cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete .

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 250 and n. exc 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position Complete.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 500 and n. exc 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Dismantling water tanks. exc 250 Ltr and n exc 500 Ltr capacity complete.

S&F for 500 Ltr capacity double layerd rotational moulded ployethyene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed Top) hoisted and fixed in position complete.

S&F for 1000 Ltr capacity double layerd rotational moulded ployethyene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed Top) hoisted and fixed in position complete.

Taking down steel tubing and connection 20mm dia including cleaning for refixing the same in new or old position fixed on wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete

Taking down steel tubing and connection 25mm dia including cleaning for refixing the same in new or old position fixed on wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete

Refixing only galvanised steel tubing 20mm dia (ISI marked) medium grade including all necessary fittings of following size and fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified :-

Refixing only galvanised steel tubing 25mm dia (ISI marked) medium grade including all necessary fittings of following size and fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified :-

S&F for 20mm ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including plaster, concrete padding or brick padding, roughening of concrete surface, cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debris/rubbish out side MD land complete.

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including PCC tiles, plaster and concrete padding, roughening of concrete surface, cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debris/rubbish out side MD land complete.

M&L for 50 mm avg thick PCC padding in cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggr mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement for laying of WPT complete. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester, of minium 3.50 Kg/Sqm, 3 mm thick (minimum) with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete.

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester, of minimum 3.50 Kg,/Sqm 3 mm thick (minimum) with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps complete.

M&L for brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, m a c h i n e pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement in floors/roof top complete. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

S&F Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing n.exc 15 cm girth and cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete.

Supply only 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion joints

S&F Plain 0.71mm thick, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed)
