Conducting Reconnaissance survey including collection of pavement and Cross Drainage work details of the existing road including submission of inception report.

Traffic Survey analysis and forecasting (a) Conducting Classified traffic volume count & Origin - Destination survey including supply of Enumerators, hire charges for working tables, PVC chairs, Samiyana, electrical arrangements during night time, etc. for 24 hours as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge for 3 days (i) At outer Cordon points

(ii) At Inner Cordon points (Major junctions - 4 Legged Junction)

(b) Conducting Turning movement survey including suppy of Enumerators (Mazdoor Grade I), hire charges for working tables, PVC chairs, Samiyana, electrical arrangements during night time, etc. for 24 hours as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge for 3 days

(c) Conducting Journey Time - Journey Delay time survey including supply of Technical Assistant, hire charges for light moving vehicle, etc. complete at 3 occasions (Morning peak, Evening peak and Non-peak hours) on one market day and as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge.

(d) Analysis with forecasting of traffic data collected from different components of traffic survey data by means of analysis of traffic count, analysis of delays, analysis of speed-flow characteristics, analysis of origin and destination data, analysis of speed and delay characteristics, etc., projection of traffic data for this project and presenting the analysed data in necessary forms, tables and diagrams as per the codal provisions of IRC up to final approval.

Topographic survey using total station Conducting Topographic survey by using total station for bring all the existing details features into the drawing and to draw longitudinal and cross sectional details of the proposed work as instructed by the Engineer incharge.

(a) Analysis of alignments up to final approval.

(b) Transfer the approved alignment in land and marking permanent reference by using total station

Fixing temporary bench marks at 500m interval along the alignment as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work.

Preparation of Alignment, Site plan and cross sections based on the topographic survey for getting final approval of the alignment.

Preparation of report for the shifting of service utilities with necessary drawings and get approval from the various departments / agencies.

Preparation of Land Plan Schedule (LPS) including collection of field maps, patta, chitta, owner details, marking centre line of alignment, specification report, abstract of land acquisition area in proper forms and combined FMB sketch along with necessary individual drawings and necessary area calculations, etc., in standard format required to submit to the revenue department for further processing approval and necessary revisions till approval.

Collection of soil samples from site at regular intervals as per the standards of soil sample collection including transportation to the laboratory as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Clearing the light jungle to a width of 20m (10.00km x 15 x 0.60)

Testing of soil samples collected from site at any HRS Regional Laboratory including sieve analysis, determing PD, CBR, fineness, swell index, etc. as per standard specifications as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Preparation of Draft Detailed Project Report covering all aspects like specification report, detailed estimate, detailed design, drawings and other supporting details for final approval in soft and hard copies (8 sets).

Conducting 4” (100mm) 30M DEPTH boring with power boring machine in all classes of soils including sand silt disintegrated rock. Soft laterite rock or Kankar and medium rock dense medium rock excluding hard rock at specified location from ground level upto hard stratum as decided by the Engineer in charges including conducting SPT test at every 1.50m. depth and wherever change of soils occurs and including collecting of soils samples as directed by the Engineer incharge in proper package and bottling and hand it over to Engineer incharge in good condition including all labour charges and hire charges and transport charges for all machineries with required accessories for the above purpose including water required for drilling and cleaning the bed for conducting SPT test including necessary test result and specified soil samples as instructed b the departmental officer and submitting bore log report three copies duly binded consisting of corrected “N” value, consistency of soil angle of interial friction share resistance and safe bearing capacity including all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Preparation of Detailed Design of foundation, Sub structure, superstructure, solid fill Approach portions. Preparation of Detailed Plan, Sectional Drawings with Bar Bending Schedule for all the RCC works, sub woks, etc., directly or indirectly related. Preparing all necessary Main Estimates and sub Estimates for the Solid Fill and any Service Road Required at site as per SSRB, IRC & MORTH specification with Detailed Bill of Quantities based on the current Schedule of the Rates

Proof checking from competent authorities including revision of design and drawings for various components of elevated highway, approaches and subworks whenever required during the execution of work and submitting necessary reports in soft and hard copies up to final approval.

Preparation of final DPR and bid documents for calling tenders for the construction of elevated highway with necessary copies required for the deparmental purposes and tender process in soft and hard copies, etc.

Preparation of Power Point Presentation for Technical Audit Committee approval of the estimate with necessary soft and hard copies in required numbers.

Design of junction improvements (SH -crossings, alignment starting and ending point @ NH, and major crossings)

Calculation of SubTotal, GST and Total Amount carried out by system automatically
