Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for vibratory rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, grade M-35 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 10mm thick vitrified coloured paver tiles of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of posts or struts (wooden or R.C.C) any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any type/size and in any position, neatly coiled and removing from site complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing including any size and type to any type of standards, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE.
Material and labour for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 290-W (Gde E-165), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing, as in repair, galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for TMT steel bars 6 mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3 type A-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in cemet mortar (1:4), as in repair complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

material labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls or old decorated surfaces (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means and prepration of surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not other wise described and applying 02 mm thick wall care putty to obtain smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint on external surfaces ,complete , all as apecified and directed.
M&L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint (in different tint camofaluge pattern) on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
SIGN BOARD WITH LEGS : (Size 2800 x 1200mm) made out of 10 gauge (3.15mm) CRCA steel sheet duly framed in 40mm dia MS pipe (medium grade) duly painted black and white, first class luminious paint over a coat of red oxide. Board stove enameled and baked 120 degree centigrade to make it all weather resistent. board written on both side with reflective sheet (HIP TAPE) computer cut letters, sign and sizes as directed. sign to have 12mm relective boarder all around. board supported with bolts over a pair of legs made out of 50mm dia MS pipe (medium grade) of height 2.00mtr above GL eack duly painted black and white 1st grade synthetic enamel paint over red oxide metal primer and embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 block of size 45x45x90 cms including necessary earth work.
Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,15,700 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 111 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
