PART-I:- Taking down old defective solar security light fitting any type for repair and replacement of burnt/ worn out accessories/ parts and refixing on its original place and testing complete all as specified Note : (a) Accessories/ parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply Only". (b) Labour charges for fixing shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply only of LED 30 Watt solar light fitting for existing make, complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Supply only Battery terminals set, complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Supply only Batteries for solar Security light and traffic light fitting, 12 Volts, 40/50 AH, maintenance free with three years warranty, complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Supply only Charger with PCB controller suitable as per exisitng make, complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Shifting of solar security light fitting one location to another location not more than 2 KM to other carefully with the help of tractor/crane incuding all towing arrangement and taking out all connections, earthing of defective parts of solar street light and connecting carefully all connection and incudingl earth work, PCC for M-15 Type B-1 for embedding of pole, painting of pole paint as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of Traffic LED lights AC complete with and including taking down old defective traffic light fittings of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles for solar street light/ solar traffic light, 6m long including angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles, stays etc. as mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, stays etc. as mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M & L for MS powder coated GI pole of length 6m with clamps, nuts and bolts for fixing light fitting and suitable thickness base plate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Solar PV panel of capacity 90 Wp suitable for 30 Watt light fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metres wide and n.exc 1.50 metres deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Opening, dismantling and taking down for replacement of unserviceable spare part of machanical laundry plant for washing mechine and dryer plant, complete servicing including testing after comissioning at site complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- (a) Replaced spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items. (b) However small pieces of wire terminals, soldering/ clipings required at site for proper fuctioning of the Mechanical laundry is deemed to be included in quoted rates under this item.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sqmm 2 core for connection of solar light to PCB and battery, including taking out old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sqmm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections, including taking out old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of installation area from inside and outside by removing the vegetation, cleaning the fungus formation and nearby growth of wild vegetation, bushes deposited to a distance 50m away from the installation area, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully from roof of building and opening of solar collector including dismantling complete and washing and cleaning complete with acid and refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

Rubber flange of 25mm including nut bolts and screw as required at site fixed in repair, complete all as specified directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Taking down damaged collector carefully from roof of building and transporting to civil repairing shop for reparing, supply and fixing of broken foil sheet, solar collector, copper pipe, fins, absorber material, collector box, tubes, absorber flanges, reflective foil, CPCV pipes, insulation complete etc, including gas welding/brazing and complete testing complete all as specified directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Opening dismantling and taking down of hot water tank of 500 LPD for repair to damaged hot water tank with Argon welding complete testing including replacement of PUF glass wool of damaged parts, cutting breaking, welding, brazing of new sheet of suitable size of tank and ensuring the testing in accordance with IS coded IS-12976, complete all as specified and directed.

Opening dismantling and taking down of hot water tank of 300 LPD for repair to damaged hot water tank with Argon welding complete testing including replacement of PUF glass wool of damaged parts, cutting breaking, welding, brazing of new sheet of suitable size of tank and ensuring the testing in accordance with IS coded IS-12976, complete all as specified and directed.

Opening dismantling and taking down of hot water tank of 100 LPD for repair to damaged hot water tank with Argon welding complete testing including replacement of PUF glass wool of damaged parts, cutting breaking, welding, brazing of new sheet of suitable size of tank and ensuring the testing in accordance with IS coded IS-12976, complete all as specified and directed.
