Providing all tools, tackles, man power for disposal of garbages/debris/cut grass surplus earth from road side berms, and different type of officce waste, plant waste materials, and disposal of the same in a mini truck including loading, transporting, and unloading, etc., up to a lead of 2 KMS complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,stacking & applying of good quality of soil suitable for gardening work including cost of transportation as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Supply,stacking & applying of good quality cowdung manure suitable for horticultural use free from unserviceable materials like stones, pebbles, broken glass & other un wanted materials including cost of transportation as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and turfing of broad leaf grass (myoporum parivifolium broad leaf) grass of by hoeing, weeding, watering, fertilizer, pesticide etc. as & when required as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations, plinth, under floors and all kinds of maintenance work including ramming, leveling, curing, from work wherever necessary etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing ,laying and fixing in position TMT/HYSD bar of grade Fe-500D or more reinforcement for RCC in situ work including cost of straightening,cutting,bending & binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire , cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete.1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 including cost of scaffolding, raking of joints, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 sand) proportion in all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, finishing with a floating coat of neat cement, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and installing of designed mild steel park benches (minimum 3 sitting capacity each) with proper polished and painted all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carry out repair & maintenance works of Vikrampur guest house furnitures like bed, dining table, dressing table etc, including supply and fixing of materials as per technical specification attached and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All the tools & tackles required for executing the job is in the scope of contractor.

Supply of 200 mm diameter HDPE pipe for water supply.

Supply, stiching and fixing of sofa cover of D3 guest house.

Providing and filling sand in plinth, under floors, all kinds of maintenance works including watering, ramming, consolding and dressing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineers
