Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation etc or shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Excavating over areas soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in Hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm in layer complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1 Km & n.exc 1.50 km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal esistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

S & F Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) 50 mm of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M & L Hardcore of Broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type D-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in fdn filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping and the like bands etc including weathering, sightly rounded or chamfered angles and thoating,form work (Straight or curved)complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor / hard standing/Path ,etc complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection etc complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B etc complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for Rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile with white cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement Mortar 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including laying over 20mm thick sand cushning with complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates or grills, grating of angle, channel, hollow section or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges; also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc conforming to FE-290 Gde-E-165 ) complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

S&F Plates (Plain or chequered) channels,squarecut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, w/o any attachment conforming to FE-290( Gde-E-165 )complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Supply & Fix 06 mm thick plain, multicavity poly carbonate sheet (coloured) in roof covering, fixed with and including aluminium fillets at joints and aluminium angles at the end, fixed with self drilled screws and standard fittings, fixtures and accessories complete all as specified as directed by Enginner in Charge.
