1.0 Having examined the RfP Documents, including Amendment/Addenda the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, we the undersigned, offer to deliver services as per provisions of Terms of Reference under the above-named package in full conformity with the said RfP Documents. In accordance with provisions of the RfP Documents, we hereby submit our Proposal, as per provisions of RfP. In continuation of First Envelope of our Bid, we hereby submit the Second Envelope of the Bid, both of which shall be read together and in conjunction with each other, and shall be construed as an integral part of our Bid. Accordingly, we the undersigned, offer to design, manufacture, test, deliver, install and commission (including carrying out Trial Operation, Performance & Guarantee Test as per provision of Technical Specification) under the above-named package in full conformity with the said Bidding Documents for the sum of Rs. 1.2 We shall render all the services under the subject assignment from within India only. No services are envisaged to be taken from sources / personnel from abroad.

We further agree that the entered prices shall be deemed to cover for the full scope as aforesaid, including overheads and profits. 9.1 We agree that if our proposal is accepted for empanelment, the proposal security shall be converted into Performance Guarantee/Security Deposit till the period of validity of the Rate Contract, in accordance with clause No. 12.0.0 of Section-III: conditions of contract of the RfP documents. 30 th
8.0 Our Proposal shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of 04 (four) months from the date of opening of the Proposal. 31 st
9.0 Until a formal Contract is prepared and executed between us, this Proposal, together with your written acceptance thereof in the form of your Notification of Award shall constitute a binding contract between us.
10.0 We have not made any deviations from the requirement of the RfP document and we have also not made any tampering or changes in the RfP documents on which the Proposal is being submitted and if any tampering or changes are detected at any stage, we understand the Proposal will invite summary rejection /the contract will be liable to be terminated, even if Award has been issued.
11.0 We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any Proposal you may receive.
