Design & Construction of 12 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (Peakflow 27 mld) with Inlet chamber,Screen chamber (Mechanical (Coarse & Fine) and Manual), Grit chamber (Detritus tank) & grit classifier arrangement, Parshall flume with accessories for measurement of flow, Equalization Tank, Blower Room, blowers and air diffusion arrangement, MBBR Reactors with media, accessories etc, Secondary Clarifier, Excess Sludge Sump, Sludge pumping system with all necessary accessories, Sludge thickener, Thickened sludge pumps (screw type) with accessories, Sludge dewatering unit and dewatering machine, Rotating Drum type drier, Sludge storage shed, grit screening, Pumping system for centrate, dilution water & high pressure water, Chlorination system along with chlorine contact tanks, De-chlorination through cascade aerators,Various channels including interconnecting, bypass and out fall channel, Electrical distribution system including substation, transformers, control panels etc and instrumentation system, Administrative building and laboratory, filtrate sump pump house, disinfection building, Septage handling and advanced odour control system, centrifuge bulding, sludge drying beds, Any other needed units, etc, supply and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment wherever necessary and all other connected works, operation and maintenance of the Plant and facilities for a period of ten years after completion and commissioning of the plant and connected components as per scope of work(Vol.II)
