Dismantling structural steel work including doors, railing, gates, trusses etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel plain or chequred plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 (Using 12.5mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of valley gutters, duct covers, platforms (0 to -15m level) and capstan, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cable duct covers, lifting arrengements with pulleys, nosing angle and similar works; including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) angular and grill supports with SS pipes for railing and ladders like made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 0.11 sqm to 0.18 sqm 7mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl cement screed 15mm thick in 1:6 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for partition walls with panels of 1.44 sqm (appx.) made out of aluminum powder coated hollow sections 63.50x38.10x1.95mm thick ,snap fit beading ,rubber gasket ,5mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade , prelaminated one side with decorative chioce lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination including dismantling the old and damaged partition complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm thick) of existing damaged, cracked , spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles present in the surface and making good the corrogated reinforcement by providing reinforcement/ welded steel wire fabric for strengthing the structure by welding or tying with MS wire (anealled) not less than 0.90mm dia where required and removing of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric shall be measured and paid as supply only rate under resceptive items.

M&L for preparation of exposed surafaces of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement , and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry and providing , mixing and applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement ( Sika / Fosroc/BASF/ Dr sunanda) @3.75Kg/Sqm surface of steel reinforcement in two coats complete .( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment.)

Supply only welded steel wire fabric fixed to RCC wall/ceiling with necessary fixing arrangement weight exc 3 kg/sqm but not exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only deformed or twisted reinforcement bar of any dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick gunniting by chemical mortar prepared by Renderoc DS40 manufactured by Fosroc (25 kg Renderoc DS40 mixed with 12.5 kg of 6 mm downgraded crushed stone aggregate ) or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF on prepared concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed..

Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT Ltd M/S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF on prepared concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed.

Material & labour applying a coat of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surfaces with one part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & laobur for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc makeor equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF having a compressive strength of 40 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

M&F for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size for Injection grouting for structural cracks with low viscous epoxy resin grouting chemical like Conbextra EP10 manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and grouting by injecting the chemical by using an electrically operated pressure grouting machines until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout comes out from a nearby nipples and after grouting, all the nipples shall be cut and the surface shall be finished to match the nearly surface complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. (Note :- 1. Work shall be executed as per manufacturer's instruction.2. The chemicals are available in two components - base and the hardener. The components of a pack shall be mixed at a time by mechanical means using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fixed with mixing paddles. Part mixing of a pack is not accepted.

3. Cost of grouting chemical is is included in quoted rate. 4. Injecting grouting Chemical shall be low viscosity epoxy based like Conbextra EP10 manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch.)

Taking down cement plaster on walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, (Make of SBR emulsion/latex: Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings,) Note: The unit rate quoted the contractor is inclusive of SBR Latex.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete wall surface of dry/ oil/sea weed growth/ damp by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vacuuming equipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing two coats of carbonation resistant film chemical "Deck gaurd S" of M/s FOSROC not less than 150 micron( dry film) per coat over treated area/plaster complete including a coat of "Deck gaurd S primer " of 150 microns or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF on dock walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing drbis from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick Design Mix cement concrete M-40 grade (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing the surfaces fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 20 mm deep x 25 mm wide, applying of primer to the groove, inserting breaker rod in the groove and finally sealing the groove with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and finishing the gooove complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: (i) Works shall be executed in a confined area which requires double scaffolding. Contractor should follow OSHA's Working norm in this area. The work shall be executed at any height(upto 20 m height ) Contractor should use double scaffolding for all works and necessary safety gears shall be considered. Contractor's quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive all above mentioned operations/ activities. No extra payment is allowed for these activity
