ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES

Annual Maintenance (O&M) Charges of 2 KWp Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant including distribution network and internal electrification works for 5 (five) years from the date of commissioning.

COMPONENTS FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AND INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supplying & laying of ISI marked heavy duty 1.1 KV grade, 2 Core, 6 sq. mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor Un-armoured cable suitable for power transmission as per relevant ISS for distribution line using GI Pole for domestic connections including supply & fitting, fixing of reel insulators, GI wire (8 SWG) etc. as required for establishing power distribution network for 2 KWp SPV Power Plant

Supplying & laying of ISI marked heavy duty 1.1 KV grade, 2 Core, 10 sq. mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor Un-armoured cable suitable for power transmission as per relevant ISS for distribution line using GI Pole for domestic connections including supply & fitting, fixing of reel insulators, GI wire (6 SWG) etc. as required for establishing power distribution network for 5 KWp SPV Power Plant.

Supply & Erection of 12 ft. long, 4 inch dia ISI marked GI Pole with 250 mm X 250 mm MS Plate of 10 mm thickness using 4 nos. of T-bolts (SS/GI) of 25 mm thickness and 50 com length with grouting (1;2:4 - Cement:Sand: Stone aggregate) of minimum 1 ft X 1 ft X 2 ft.

Supply, erection of Pole Mounted Outdoor Type Junction Box (IP 65 enclosure, ISI marked) for servise connections

Extension of domestic connection from Pole Junction Box with twin core 2,5 sq. mm. PVC sheathed & insulated conductor cupper cable (FR) (ISI marked) and GI bearing wire & real insulator including fitting fixing of ISI marked 1.5 to 2.5 Amps DP MCB in suitable enclosure for indoor use at the house of beneficiary

Supplying and installation of powder coated steel sheet enclosure (MCB DB) suitable for 240/415 volts MCB/Isolator/RCCB (SP/SPN/DP/TP/TPN/FP) complete with necessary bus bar, neutral link, din rail, earth bar etc. i/c connection as required.

Supplying & installation of 10 KA breaking capacity, B/C curve MCB of following ratings in the existing MCB DB including connection as required:-

6 to 32 amps DP MCB

Wiring for Circuit/Sub-main with the following sizes PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC conduit including connection etc. as required

2 X 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and drawing 2.5 sq. mm Copper conductor wire along with other wire for loop earthing including connection etc. as required.

Wiring for light / fan / exhaust fan / call bell point with 2 x1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) in pvc casing and capping complete with 6/10 amps modular type switch, cover plate, surface modular switch board including connection etc. as required

Providing and fixing of 3 pin 6/10 amps plug point with modular type 6/10 amps switch and socket including connection with 2x1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) on surface modular switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required

Supplying and fixing of following surface/recess mounted LED luminaries in powder coated die cast housing complete with high efficiency polycarbonate diffuser and necessary connection etc. as required (with 50000 burning hours and minimum lumen output of 100 lm/watt

Surface mounted integrated 10 watt LED batten with polycarbonate diffuser

Surface mounted integrated 20 watt LED batten with polycarbonate diffuser

Supplying and fixing of following outdoor LED luminaries in powder coated die cast housing complete with heat resistant tempered glass/diffuser and ON/OFF switch in enclosure suitable for outdoor application including necessary connection etc. as required (50000 burning hours and minimum lumen output of 100 lm/watt)

25 watt LED street light fixture with integral driver and secondary lens (IP 66)

Earthing with 40 mm dia G.I. Earth pipe (medium gauge) 4.5 m. long complete with masonry enclosure on top CI cover plate size 12"x 12" having locking arrangement including CC work, holes on earth pipe etc. as required

Extra for using salt (5 kg) and charcoal (46 kg) for pipe earth electrode as required

Proving and fixing / drawing of 4.06 mm dia (8 SWG) G.I. wire on surface or in existing G.I/ PVC/ Polythene pipe for loop earthing as required

Providing and laying 15mm dia (medium gauge) G.I. pipe for drawing of 4.06mm (8SWG) dia G.I./ Copper wire for earth connection from earth electrodes etc as required.

Supplying and installation of Bus bar chamber of the following ratings and sizes made of steel sheet enclosure with all accessories including necessary connection etc. as required

32 amps 415 volts four strip Copper busbar chamber 4 ways of size (300mmx240mmx80mm)

Supplying and installation of Switch dis connector fuse unit (main switch) of the following ratings with all accessories including necessary connection etc. as required

16 amps 240 volts DP main switch (rewireable)

32 amps 240 volts DP main switch (rewireable)

Providing and fixing of 3/6 pin 16/20 amps plug point with modular type 16/20 amps switch and socket including connection with 2x2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable(FR) on surface modular switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required
