Taking out existing non clogging defective deep well vertical turbine pump set assembly / centrifugal pump set of any capacity from existing sewage sump well including dismantling and removal of blockage from pipe, Non return valve, foot valve, vertical turbine pump etc, including lowering of the same after proper assembling, testing and commissioning at sie complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage sump of size 5 metre dia and Approx. 8.5 metre deep including taking out of all sludge, night soil, foreign materials found inside the sump after de-watering of sewage water, cleaning of all existing valves, sides & bottom of sump with wire brush & clear water and than pumping out balance water from the sump complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & dismantling of three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1460-1500 RPM electric motor of any make and model from pumps like vertical turbine motor, non clogging vertical turbine sewage motor, centrifugal pump motor for water or sewage from installation, transporting the same to workshop, removing all burnt / worn out coils, cleaning of stator slots, insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire ISI marked with existing size, applying two coats of insulating varnish including transporting back the same and re-installation of motor at site as specified and directed for the following capacities: -

Capacity 50 HP.

Capacity 40 HP.

Capacity 25 to 35 HP.

Capacity 10 to 20 HP.

Capacity up to 7.5 HP.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor 3 phase 30/40 HP capacity with PVC insulated copper conductor cable of appropriate size alongwith necessary packing, winding material, paid plade and thrust plate with and including taking out burnt winding complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item no 12 but for 15/20/25 HP capacity

Cleaning the inside RCC/steel tank capacity of 1,00,000 gallons including removing deposit sand / stains from inside the tank scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution & wire brush and making surface free from any fungus, filling of cavaties inside of tank with CM 1:2 and applying one coat of white washing inside the tank dome complete including writing date of cleaning, for smooth functioning of rising main, washout, overflow up to satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge

All as per item No -14 but capacity 50,000 Gallons

Dismantling and disconnecting of electric motor any size or capacity de-assembling of all part and taking out unserviceable bearing and replaced the same with new bearing including reassembling the motor and fix back to its original position after testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-metaling of motor rotor shaft by means of electric welding and turning to required size of bearing fixed in position suitable up to 50 HP motor of any make / model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix ratchet assembly suitable for any capacity electric motor complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting carefully old unserviceable Ammeter from panel board and Supply & Fix of new 96 mm size square digital type ammeter of range 0-100 Ampere with set of CTs of suitable rating complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting carefully old unserviceable Voltmeter from panel board and Supply & Fix of new 96 mm size square digital type Voltmeter of range 0-500 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Credit USR will be issued for item No 24 to 30 above after receipt by Engr-in-charge. The payment will be passed after attached the same in RAR/Final Bill.

Complete overhauling, repair and recommissioning of existing filtration units of the filtration plant of swimming pool of copacity 22000 gls /hrs including filling of 15 to 20 %filter media of each stage for make up complete all as specified and directed constisting of following:- (a) Opening the man hole top cover of filtration dome, removal of existing exhausted filter media from the vessal, cleaning and scrubbing the internal surface of vessal to make the surface smooth, welding of damaged plates and painting two coates of water proof black bituminous paint on inner side of vessal complete.
