M&L for quality controlled cement concrete work in road/pavement/hardstanding not exc. 25 cm thick, of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre including spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green and demolition of cement concrete unreinforced complete all as specified and directed. Note;- OPC cement grade 43 only shall be used and PCC shall be casted in alternate bays

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bitumenous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' for 150 mm thick concrete slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat eyes ABS body dynamically desgined two way reflective heigh impact strength conforming to ASTM standards, colour of reflective panel amber, red or white. The size of cat eye shall be 100 mm x 100 mm x 25 mm and shall be fixed on road surface with good quality epoxy adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs heigh density grade reflectos/delenators of 75 mm dia ( External dia) heavy duty steel pipe (1.60 mm thick) and 1.20 m heigh with head cap, hydraulic machine pressed and hold fast, weld mesh, two coata of black paint by hot processing over a coat of red oxide primer and reflective strip 03 Nos around the pipe in full perimeter all as per MORTH and IRC specification including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , embedding the delignator on the ground with and including PCC 1:2: 4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggegate), PCC block size 300x300 x450 mm for proper grouting ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow or black complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old existing top/ PCC road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS- 6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.
