Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, paving including finishing the surface even and fair including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish of the premises all as directed.

Material and Labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, of any shade and any pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles.(The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: No extra cost shall be allowed for removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

All as per item No 04 above but as in vertical surfaces like skiting/dado etc all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Non skid coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any shade and any pattern of size (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) 400mm x 400mm x 7mm to 8mm thick, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match coloured tiles.(The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: No extra cost shall be allowed for removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic Coloured tiles in vertical surface 450mmx350mmx7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or platform etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Granite 18 mm thick of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, treads jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, other plateforms and like in over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. Including pointing in white cement or colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite (including moulding etc).

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of Granite slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and refixing only of existing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, without correction factor for chamfering, and jointing with white cement and pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on Brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc, inckluding removal of debries out side MD land all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, providing one or more coats of Birla white wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparing of new ceiling surfaces of any description and applying two coats of acrylic distemper, white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and cornices, by brooming down with wire brushing or scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and effloroscent salts and applying one coat of white wash upto 4th storey height, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old distempered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping the surfaces and applying Two coat of acrylic distemper applied to walls of up to 4 storied buildings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enamel paint applied to surfaces of up to 4 storied buildings all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel & iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enamel paint applied to surfaces of up to 4 storied buildings all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying of grade NGLI Number 2 grease for roller gate and sliding gate, guider channel incuding cleaning and rubbing old accumulated grease of any type and and description complte all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

Taking out RCC cover slab of septic tank of the 100 Users capacity carefully, taking out the sludge including foul water, collect the sludge in closed container and remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies. after complete removal of sludge inlet and outlet pipe, M.S ring and septic tank complete cleaning with fresh water as directed and placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking out RCC cover slab of septic tank of the 50 Users capacity carefully, taking out the sludge including foul water, collect the sludge in closed container and remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies. after complete removal of sludge inlet and outlet pipe, M.S ring and septic tank complete cleaning with fresh water as directed and placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of chocked sewage line of any description and any dia from man hole to man hole cleaning the line with cleaning rod and binding wire and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge all as specified and directed. Note: The sludge and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge.

Cleaning of Drains not exceeding 750mm wide with cleaning rod and binding wire and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge/debris all as specified and directed. Note: The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris.
