Taking out of existing water proofing treatment if any complete on roof surface and surface properly cleaned complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm of surface area complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 finished even and fair and include WPC as per manufacturer instructions over RCC slab (excluding WPC)

Supply of only Liquid Water Proofing Compound

M&L Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) and APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid 75mm at sidelap and 100mm at ends provided on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

S&F Fixed in repair of 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete.

S&F fixed in repair of 25mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete.
